Group B patients with Melilotus Extract Tablet,3 times a day. Group C was only blank control, no drug treatment. Before and after treatment according to the score standard to score. After a week of treatment, the patients in each group were evaluated according the criteria of curative effect judgment. In the clinical studies, the difference of hematochezia score before and after treatment in group A had significant difference (P< 0.05), the difference of hematochezia score before and after treatment in group B had significant difference (P<0.05), the difference of hematochezia score before and after treatment in group C had significant difference (P<0.05); difference of prolapse of hemorrhoids score before and after treatment in group A had significant difference (P<0.05), the difference of prolapse of hemorrhoids score before and after treatment in group B, no statistical difference (P>0.05), the difference of prolapse of hemorrhoids score before and after treatment in group C no statistical difference (P>0.05);There were significant differences between the three groups(P<0.05), And the effective rate of A group was better than that of group B and group C.3.In the experimental study, there were significant differences between the three groups(P<0.05), The expression of Fibulin-5mRNA and Fibulin-5 protein in â…¢ degree prolapsed internal hemorrhoids tissues of group A1 were more than group B1 and group C1.Conclusion1.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction get satisfactory effect in treating â…¢ degree prolapsed internal hemorrhoids of spleen deficiency and qi stagnation type, Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can obviously improve the prolapse of hemorrhoids symptoms in treating â…¢ degree prolapsed internal hemorrhoids of spleen deficiency prostration type, And can not obviously improvet in the symptoms of hematochezia.2.Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can promote the expression of Fibulin-5mRNA and Fibulin-5 protein in anal cushion tissue of Prolapsed internal hemorrhoids.3. The decrease of the level of expression of Fibulin-5 and Fibulin-5mRNA, may be the pathological mechanism of prolapsed internal hemorrhoids formation4. The mechanism of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction may promote expression of Fibulin-5 protein and Fibulin-5mRNA, so as to promote the elastic fiber synthesis and regeneration, inhibit the formation of neovascularization and vascular structure is stable in the treatment of prolapsed internal hemorrhoids, so that improve the reduction of anal cushion and play a therapeutic role. |
