ObjectiveThis study collected death data of zhuhai city in 2014;And the ambient air quality monitoring data.meteorological conditions data of zhuhai city in 2014. Combining the above two parts of data.try to find out the correlation between the air quality and the death data, give a interpret of zhuhai air pollution status, and understand the impact of air quality on population health.MethodsThis study included meteorological data, death data collection and data statistical analysis.Collecting daily temperature, relative humidity, air pressure data, as well as the daily rainfall, sunshine, wind speed etc. And air pollution monitoring data of PM10 and PM2.5, around 2014 in zhuhai.Collecting death data of zhuhai around 2014. including report card ID. gender, date of birth, age. address, time of death, the ultimate cause of death, the ultimate cause of ICD coding, etc.Statistical analysis was made of the collected data:the zhuhai municipal meteorological factors and air pollutants data descriptive analysis, descriptive analysis to the crowd of different underlying cause death.Through multiple linear regression, poisson regression analysis methods to analyze the relationship between air pollutants, meteorological factors and death.Results1.Meteorological factors monitoring resultsZhuhai is located in the tropics, the year the temperature is higher, the lowest monthly average temperature of 12.35 "C.Near the ocean, the humidity is bigger, the year humidity were greater than 60%.It is relatively flat terrain.and belongs to the hilly topography. The annual average wind speed is range of(1.8-2.5) m/s.2.The testing results of PM10 and PM2In 2014. PM10 and PM2.5 concentrations trend of zhuhai is similar from month to month, there existed "U" type distribution. The maximum value appeared in January, the minimum appeared in August. There are 18 days the PM2.5 concentrations higher than the national standard value.By PM2.5 composition analysis, al is the highest concentration of metal elements. Polycyclic aromatic compounds such as fluoranthene, pyrene concentration is higher; With strong carcinogen benzo [a] anthracene’s concentration is not very high.3.The relationship between air pollution and the crowd deathPM10 and PM2.5 pollutants were found no significant effect for accidental death, cardiovascular disease and respiratory system disease deaths.PMio and PM2.5 cannot be considered the cause of death increased.4. The relationship between meteorological factors and the crowd deathThe average temperature, sunshine, wind speed have significant effects on population death. As the average daily temperature raises per 1℃, the crowd no-accident total death, respiratory disease and cardiovascular system disease deaths were reduced to the original deaths of 0.982,0.934,0.971, down 1.8%,6.6% and 2.9% respectively. With every increasing 1 hour daily sunshine time, respiratory system disease death toll for the original 1.043 times, rose 4.3%.As daily average wind speed every increases 1 m/s, the cardiovascular system disease deaths decreased to 0.929 times that of the original fall by 7.1%.Conclutions1. Air pollutants exceeds bidIn 2014,PM2.5 was above national standard by 18 days.2. The relationship between air pollution and the crowd deathMonitoring data in 2014 has not yet found the PM10 and PM2.5 have a significant impact on the no-accidental death.the disease of heart head blood-vessel and the respiratory system disease death. We need further accumulation of monitoring data.3.The relationship between meteorological factors and the crowd deathMonitoring data in 2014 shows that the average temperature, sunshine, wind speed have significant effects on population death. As average temperature raises, the crowd no-accident total death, respiratory system disease death and cardiovascular system disease deaths decrease. With the increase of daily sunshine time, respiratory system disease death toll.As the average wind speed increases, the cardiovascular system disease deaths decrease.
