TACE Combined With 3D-CRT Effectively Control Primary Liver Cancer In 1 Case And Literature Review

Objective:To explore the value of TACE combined with 3D-CRT in the treatment of primary liver cancerMethods:To collect the clinical and imaging data of patients with advanced primary liver cancer (n=1) treated by TACE combined with 3D-CRT and disease-free survival for more than 36 months from 2011 to 2015 in Zhejiang xiaoshan hospital.The overall treatment process is reported in the form of case analysis.Finally,to explore the value of TACE combined with 3D-CRT in the treatment of primary liver cancer by a literature review.Results:After a treatment of TACE combined with 3D-CRT radiotherapy and BSD-2000 hyperthermia,the patient’s disease free survival time has exceeded more than 60 months with no recurrence or distant metastasis.The general condition is good until now.Conclusions:TACE is a commonly used method for the treatment of patients with primary liver cancer who can not be operated in the surgery. TACE combined with 3D-CRT radiotherapy and BSD-2000 hyperthermia are safe and effective in the treatment of advanced primary liver cancer.
