Aim:Objective To study the effects of autologous peripheral blood stem cell (APBSC) transplantation on the treatment in patients with HBV-related decompensated cirrhosis. Methods:a prospective, controlled grouping method, grouping of 68 decompensated hepatitis B cirrhosis cases of hospitalized patients group, including 33 cases of treatment group received APBSC transplantation therapy,35 cases as control group, two groups received the conventional medicine treatment at the same time Observation of APBSC transplantation in the treatment of postoperative adverse reaction, total bilirubin (Tbil), prothrombin time (PT), albumin (Alb) changes, the size of spleen, acoustic radiationforce impulse (ARFI), diameter of portal vein (DPV), portal vein blood flow peak (PVmax) and mean blood flow velocity of the portal vein (PVmean). Results:Alb、PT are improved in the 24th-week,36th-week and 48th-week after transplantation, ARFI are reduced in the 36th-week and 48th-week,the spleen length,DPV reduced, PVmax, PVmean increased in 48th-week after transplantation, Compared to the 0 week and control groups, they were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:APBSC transplantation can reduce the ARFI,and improve the liver function and Portal Hemodynamics.
