| ObjectiveTo investigate the incidence of menopausal symptoms, and analyze the correlation between perimenopausal symptoms and age, living environment, occupation, education level. To analyze the incidence of perimenopausal depression and the factor which impact depression.MethodsTo select 296 perimenopausal women who are treatment in during the January 2013 to December 2013 for the study. Inclusion criteria:Age≥40 years old, have a unilateral or bilateral uterine and ovarian, there is a change in menstruation or menopausal symptoms, no recent serious adverse life events, no spiritual history of mental illness, no serious organic disease. The data will be recorded which include age, education level, occupation, living environment, income, menstruation and so on. The perimenopausal women will finish the Kupperman and the HAMD in the way of one-on-one face-to face. The investigated data is analyzed by the SPSS 20.0 using statistical methods.Results1.The incidence of Perimenopause Related Symptoms, hot flashes and sweating (64.19%),fatigue (52.03%), followed by irritability (51.35%),bones-joints-muscle pain (37.50%), insomnia (36.49%), decreased libido (29.73%), paresthesia (26.35%),depression or paranoia (23.31%), palpitations (22.97%), dizziness (22.30%), headache (21.96%), skin feeling ant line (9.46%), urinary symptoms (9.12%). 55-year-old group and above2.As a whole, the difference between any two groups is not significant(P>0.05)。55 year-old group and above compare with 40-44 year-old group,45~49 year-old group and 50~54 year-old group, the difference of bones-joints-muscle pain, the difference of bones-joints-muscle pain, palpitations and headache, the difference of paresthesia and dizziness are all statistically significant (P< 0.05).40~44-year-old group compare with 45~49 year-old group and 50~54 year-old group, the difference of insomnia and palpitations, the difference of followed by irritability and paresthesia are all statistically significant (P< 0.05).3.College or above group compares with high school group and junior high school, the difference of insomnia are no statistical significance (P>0.05).High school group compare with junior high school the following group, the difference of insomnia is statistically significant (P< 0.05).The difference between perimenopausal symptoms and different occupation is no statistical significance(P>0.05); The difference between perimenopausal symptoms and different living environment is no statistical significance (P>0.05).4.The incidence of Perimenopausal depression, no depression was 47.30%, possible depression was 43.24%, mild or moderate depression was 6.76%, severe depression was 2.70%.5.The Difference between age, education, occupation, living environment and perimenopausal depression is no significant difference (P> 0.05). The incidence of depression of more than 2000 yuan group is higher than less than 2000 yuan group, and is statistically significant.Conclusion1.The major perimenopausal symptoms is hot flashes and sweating, fatigue, irritability, bones-joints-muscle pain, insomnia.The incidence of hot flash is 64.19%.The women who is over 40 years old with at least one kind of perimenopausal symptom should pay attention to whether they are stepping into the perimenopausal period, and they should maintain a healthy mentality and take certain measures.2. In the factors of perimenopausal symptoms, the incidence of musculoskeletal pain, palpitations and other individual symptom are related to age and education level, the incidence of all symptoms are irrelevant to occupation, living environment. Clinicians should make individual treatment plan according to the specific circumstances of the object.3. The incidence of depression (including mild, moderate and severe depression) in perimenopausal women is 9.36%. Perimenopausal depression is irrelevant to age, educational level, occupation and living environment,and is related to economic income. |
