| Objective:To understand the occurrence of perimenopausal symptoms and perimenopausal syndrome in women aged 45 to 55 years old and explore the correlation among perimenopausal syndrome,the relevance of social support and personality characteristics,to analyze influence factors of perimenopausal syndrome occurs.To provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the clinical development of scientific intervention measures to improve the quality of life of women in perimenopausal period and after the menopause.Methods:Based on the convenience sampling method,600 women aged between 45 and 55 were selected to carry out a questionnaire survey.The questionnaire includes a self-made general questionnaire,the modified menopause Kupperman rateing scale,Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Revised Short Scale For Chinese(EPQ-RSC),and Social Science Research Solutions(SSRS).Using SPSS 16.0 software to data entry,analysis and processing of the effective questionnaire.The statistical methods include descriptive analysis,Chi-square test,Spearman correlation analysis and Logistic regression analysis.Results:1.A total of 600 questionnaires were distributed,and recovered,the recovery rate was 100%,the effective questionnaire was 559,and the effective rate was 93.17%.2.The research object’s average age of menarche was:(14.92±1.77).The mean age of menopause was:(48.85±2.69).The mean number of pregnancy was(2.47±1.12).The mean number of delivery was:(1.99±0.86).The average number of abortion is(0.48 ± 0.77).The chioce of contraceptive method is mainly based on the contraceptive device and the condom.3.The mean score of the modified menopause Kupperman rateing scale of the559 women was(14.91±3.70).92.3%(516/559)of them were with perimenopausalsyndrome.The incidence of perimenopausal symptoms from high to low ranking are:fatigue,anxiety,insomnia,muscle and bone joint pain,headache,dizziness,depression,paresthesia,palpitations,hot flushes and sweating,fromication.4.The incidence of perimenopausal syndrome in different marital status,education level,employment status,economic status,number of pregnancy and delivery,the chronic disease’s status of women and their apouses have difference,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the general factors of perimenopausal syndrome happened have significantly influence factors mainly include: the economic situation,the number of pregnancy,the investigators suffering from chronic diseases.5.EPQ-RSC scores: E dimension score is(7.88±2.97),Ndimension score is(4.91±2.88),L dimension score is(6.06±2.82),P dimension score is(2.72±1.95).SRSS scores: the total score of social support is(45.33±7.39),the ojective support score is(12.53±2.92),the subjective support score is(25.00±4.39),the availability of social support score is(7.80±1.84).Spearman correlation analysis showed that: the score of the modified menopause Kupperman rateing scale and the score of E dimension,the score of L dimension,total score of social support,the score of objective support,the score of subjective support is negative correlations.The corralation among the score of the modified menopause Kupperman rateing scale,N dimension and P dimension is positive(P<0.05).However,there is not relevant between the score of the modified menopause Kupperman rateing scale and the availability of social support score(P>0.05).Conclutions:1.There was a high prevalence of female perimenopausal syndrome.The top five perimenopausal symptoms is fatigue,anxiety,insomnia,muscle pain and headache.2.Postmenopausal syndrome was influenced by marital status,education,employment status,economic situation,number of pregnancies,number of births,etc.3.There may be a correlation between personality traits,social support and the occurrence of perimenopause syndrome.Namely,extroversion personality,social support more women less perimenopausal syndrome,and introverted personality,neurotic personality,mental quality,and the personality of women more prone to perimenopausal syndrome. |
