Objective:To compare the effect of IUD, Interceed and IUD+Interceed anti adhesion membranes on the membranes on the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after hysterpscope operation among patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion, analyzed clinical effect observation of Interceed on the treatment of modertate to severe intrauterine. Methods:We collect the clinical date of 100 patients who were diagnosed moderate to severe intrauterine adhesions by hysteroscopy in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Sir Run Run Shaw Hospital, School of Medicine, Zhejiang University and Yinzhou People’s Hospital From January 2011 to December 2015,All patients were performed under TCRA surgery successfully.According to the different treatment after TCRA,they were divided into three groups:A group (IUD group),B group(Interceed group),C group(IUD+Interceed group) 。 Two or three months later after operation, the degree of adhesions, the improvement of their menstruation、 microorganism cultures of the cervix secretion and the discomfortable symptom after surgery were record, all data was analysised using SSPS19.0 statistical software analysis.Results:1.The degree of adhesionsTwo months later after operation,In A group.27 patients returned to normal,12 patients improved significantly,7 patients had no obvious change,The effective rate reached 86.7%. In B group 14 patients returned to normal,6 patients improved significantly,5patients had no obvious change, The effective rate reached 80%; In C group 26 patients returned to normal,3 patients improved significantly,1 patients had no obvious change,The effective rate reached 96.7%.The effective rate of C group was higher than A group and B group (P<0.05), The effective rate of A group and B group had no difference (p>0.05)。2. The improvement of their menstruationIn A group the number of amenorrhea improved case was 30,15 patients had no obvious change,,The effective rate reached 66.7%. In B group the number of amenorrhea improved case was 15,10 patients had no obvious change,The effective rate reached 60.0% In C group the number of amenorrhea improved case was 27,3 patients had no obvious change,,The effective rate reached 90%. The effective rate of C group was higher than A group and B group (P<0.05), The effective rate of A group and B group had no difference (p>0.05)The number of sanitary towel before treatment in 3 groups were separately (3.12±2.01)、(3.45±2.23)、(3.38±1.93),there was no difference among the three groups. The number of sanitary towel before treatment in 3 groups were separately(7.89±1.86)、(7.53±1.55)、(8.97±2.46), In C group the number of sanitary napkins using after surgery was more than A group and B group (P< 0.05),compared the number of sanitary towel before and after treatment of each groups respectively, the difference was stasisticaly significant (P<0.05).3.Microorganism cultures of the cervix secretion28 subjects were enrolled into the observation in C group,Positive microorganism in culture media were seen in 9 patients (32.1%).The positive flora include:Escherichia coil, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus faecalis,Gardenerella vaginalis,Acinetobacer and Streptococcus viridans.4. Discomfortable symptom after surgeryIn A group the rate of patients who had discomfortable symptoms reached 15.6%. In B group the rate was 12.0%, In C group this rate reached 13.3%.The incidence of discomfortable symptom after surgery among three groups of patients had no significant statistical difference. (P>0.05)Conclusion:1.The effective rate of IUD+Interceed on the prevention of intrauterine adhesions was remarkably higher than IUD group and Interceed group. IUD+Interceed could prevent re-adhesions effectively.2. The effective rate of IUD and Interceed anti adhesion membranes on the membranes on the prevention of intrauterine adhesions after hysterpscope operation among patients with moderate to severe intrauterine adhesion had no difference.3.The method that placing an IUD and Interceed in the intrauterine was safe, the sake of infection and discomfortable symptom were not increased.
