| Objective:In this study, Chinese version of children’s language development retardation sign-significate relations and dysarthria assessment revised by The China Rehabilitation Research Center and Gesell Developmental scale are be use to score all into the groups of children with cerebral palsy before and after treatment to observe the effects of Tonifing kidney-strengthening brain acupuncture therapy combine with language training for children with cerebral palsy and speech disorders.At the same time, to explore the mechanism of treatment and provide a new effective treatment methods and ideas for the clinical treatment of cerebral paralysis with the language barriers,the study is being done.Methods:All the subjects in the study are the patients for diagnose and treatment in the department of acupuncture rehabilitation at Jiangsu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during April 2014 to November 2015.The patients were randomly collected from the selected program 60 cases is expected to meet the diagnostic criteria of language disorder in children with cerebral palsy were divided into two groups,30 cases in the treatment group,30 cases in the control group, two groups children were given a daily basic treatment of children with cerebral palsy such as movements rehabilitation training and cognitive function rehabilitation training ects.Rehabilitation training are operated by rehabilitation technician of this study. The difference is that in the treatment group is treated with the above basic treatments combine Tonifing kidney-strengthening brain acupuncture therapy with language training; the control group is treated with the basic rehabilition treatments with language training.The study time of treatment is 3 months. All the patients of children are evaluated on the stage of before treatment, after 1 and 3 months of treatment by the scale of Chinese version of children’s language development retardation sign-significate assessment and dysarthria assessment revised by The China Rehabilitation Research Center and Gesell Developmental scale table to observe the changes of language function before and after treatment among all patients and Gesell language development quotient and the overall developmental score.Results:During the treatment,9 cases are falling off and 5 cases are removed.The final result is included in the statistics of cases in the treatment group of 24 cases and 22 cases in the control group.According to the datas of Beijing Gesell assessment scale of infant development and language scale assessment for children before and after treatment, the results showed that language function of the two groups of the comparative analysis of children were improved in different degree and the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group. The mid-term evaluation of the difference between the two groups is not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group before and after 1 months is evaluated the effect of language not markedly than after 3 months. The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05) before and after treatment in the two groups. Gesell developmental evaluation showed that the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05). The overall development of children after treatment than before treatment improved, but 1 months of treatment resuits compared with before treatment showed no statistically significant (P>0.05).3 months of treatment compared with before treatment, statistical differences is obvious(P<0.05).By the comparison of the effects in the treatment group of language fuction,the age and the overall development level,the language function of patients less than 3 years old is better than patients between 3 and 7 years old.The difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).The last but not the lesat,according to the results show that the heigher intelligence,the better of effects.Conclusion:Tonifying kidney-strengthening brain acupuncture therapy combined with language training can improve the function of cerebral palsy children with language disorder and the earlier and adhere to the long time uninterrupted treatment,the effect will be more distinct. In addition, the improvement of children with motor function, cognitive function by the treatment and intelligence development and the ability to live have the mutual influence.It is proved once again that the comprehensive therapy for treatment of children with cerebral palsy significance and the method of treatment for clinical treatment of the disease can be used as a reference. |
