| Background:Spastic cerebral palsy is the most common type of cerebral palsy in clinic.Rehabilitation of spastic cerebral palsy has been a hot issue in children’s rehabilitation field.Previous studies have focused more on improving the gross motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy,and relatively few studies have been done on the fine motor rehabilitation of children with cerebral palsy.With the development of modern medical research on cerebral palsy,people gradually realize that improve the fine motor ability of children with cerebral palsy,for children improve their quality of life,lighten the burden of family,has the extremely vital significance.In recent years,reports on traditional Chinese medicine therapy for cerebral palsy have gradually increased,and traditional therapy represented by acupuncture has been included in Chinese cerebral palsy rehabilitation therapy(2015).My author has been engaged in acupuncture treatment of pediatric cerebral palsy for more than 20 years,and established the"Tonifing Kidney-Strengthening Brain Acupuncture Therapy" for the treatment of cerebral palsy.Early research has shown that "Tonifing Kidney-Strengthening Brain Acupuncture Therapy"infantile cerebral palsy with obvious therapeutic effect,this study aims to further explore "kidney brain stitch" type of spasm cerebral palsy clinical curative effect of fine motor dysfunction.Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of’Tonifing Kidney-Strengthening Brain Acupuncture Therapy" combined rehabilitation training on spastic cerebral palsy children with fine motor dysfunction,and to seek a better treatment for children with spastic cerebral palsy rehabilitation of fine motor dysfunction.Methods:60 patients are diagnose and treatment in cerebral palsy outpatient hospital of jiangsu province and Nanjing children’s hospital rehabilitation medicine clinic during May 2016 to September 2017.Using randomized controlled methods,60 patients into the standard type of spastic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.The observation group was given "Tonifing Kidney-Strengthening Brain Acupuncture Therapy,and rehabilitation training,while the control group was given rehabilitation training.The two groups had the same rehabilitation training.Two groups of children were evaluated by fine motor performance rating scale(FMFM)and children’s functional independence scale(WeeFIM)after 3 months of treatment before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:(1)Because of the long span and rehabilitation treatment of the high cost of rehabilitation,and two centers,fall off a total of 3 cases during the whole research,including observation group fall off in 2 cases,control group fall off in 1 case,final clinical study of 57 cases,28 cases of observation group and control group in 29 cases,(2)The treatment of the former two groups of children in gender,age,FMFM scale A,B,C,D,E district scores,FMFM total score,WeeFIM scale score differences do not have statistical significance(P>0.05),two groups of comparable.(3)After treatment compared before and after oneself,two groups of children with FMFM scale A,B,C,D,E district scores,FMFM scores and WeeFIM scale score were improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(4)After treatment,the total score of FMFM and WeeFIM scale were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of the observation group in FMFM scale B,C and D were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment in area A and E,no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:1)"Tonifing Kidney-Strengthening Brain Acupuncture Therapy,combined rehabilitation and rehabilitation training two treatment all can improve their fine motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy,increase the ability of children with daily life activities;(2)Compared with the rehabilitation training,"Tonifing Kidney-Strengthening Brain Acupuncture Therapy" combined rehabilitation in improving cerebral palsy children with spastic type fine motor function,improve the ability of daily life in children with curative effect is more significant.(3)Tonifing Kidney-Strengthening Brain Acupuncture Therapy" combined rehabilitation in improving cerebral palsy children with spastic type upper limb joint activity,grasping ability,operation ability,curative effect is distinct,is superior to conventional rehabilitation training;In terms of visual tracking and hand-eye coordination,there was no significant difference between the two treatments. |
