Control in addition to don’t wear into the line switch, other treatment is the same with the model group; Preparation model of ischemia model group 2 h after drawing wire plug, without any treatment process; Electric acupuncture group with disposable acupuncture needle selection "Dazhui" and "Baihui", "Baihui" flat, "Dazhui" Angle of 30° thorn, depth of about 1 cm, meet asaps HANS-200 type electric acupuncture apparatus, negative "Baihui", "Dazhui" to the anode, select the density wave, the frequency for 2/15 HZ, the intensity of stimulus to the needle handle slightly vibrate, rats don’t bark for degrees, continuous treatment for 30 min.24 h after cerebral ischemia reperfusion, consult Julio’s 18 4-point scale method for neural functional behavior scale; Using wet heavy weighing method to calculate the brain water content, the brain water content (%) = (wet weight, dry weight)/wet weight by 100%; Using the immunohistochemical method and rt-pcr technique defect was detected in the lateral cortex Bcl-2, Bax protein expression and the Bcl-2 mRNA, Bax mRNA expression changes.Result:(1) Cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury in rats nerve function score significantly decreased, compared with the control group significant difference (P<0.01); Electric acupuncture intervention can effectively improve the score value, compared with model group there were significant differences (P<0.05).(2) Brain ischemia-reperfusion injury rats water content were significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01), compared with model group electric acupuncture intervention afterbrain water content decreased significantly (P<0.01), and were close to the control group (P>0.05).(3) Defect in side the Bcl-2 cerebral cortex, the expression of Bax protein, model group were obviously higher in the control group (P<0.05 and P<0.01), with the rise of Bax protein is greater than the Bcl-2 protein, the ratio of the Bcl-2/Bax protein decreased (P<0.01); The curative group compared with model group, the Bcl-2 protein expression increased (P< 0.05), the expression of Bax protein reduced (P<0.01), the Bcl-2/Bax protein ratio increased (P< 0.01).(4) The defect in the lateral cortex Bcl-2 the expression of mRNA and BaxmRNA, model group were obviously higher in the control group (P<0.05), the Bcl-2 mRNA/Bax mRNA ratio decrease (P<0.05); Compared with the model group, EA group increased Bcl-2 mRNA was not obvious (P> 0.05), but Bax mRNA decreased significantly (P<0.05), the ratio of the Bcl-2 mRNA/BaxmRNA elevated (P<0.01).Conclusion:Electric against ischemia reperfusion injury in the rat brain the Bcl-2, Bax gene regulation function, improve the ratio of the Bcl-2/Bax, make advantage of antiapoptotic gene, reduce the apoptosis of ischemia-reperfusion area, alleviate cerebral edema, improve nerve function.
