One of them is warm acupuncture plus ear pressure combined with Chinese medicine group (treatment group), and Chinese medicine group (control group), each group of 30 cases, all of them treat for 3 cycle(the period for patients with menstrual cycle).Based on the clinical symptom scores, the basal body temperature, B ultrasonic detection of ovulation, through this three indicators, comprehensive comparison in the two groups before and after treatment, and carries on the statistical analysis.Result:① The comprehensive comparison of efficacy:the total efficiency of treatment group is 90.0%; and control group, the total efficiency is 76.7%. Between two groups (P> 0.05), the difference has no statistically significant, indicating that the two groups fairly.② The comprehensive comparison of follicles discharge rate:treatment groups, the follicles discharge rate is 52.38%, control group is 36.05%. Between two groups (P> 0.05),treatment group better promote follicle discharge.③ The comprehensive comparison of pregnancy:treatment group, four cases of pregnancy, pregnancy,2 cases in the control group. Between two groups (P> 0.05), the difference has no statistically significant, indicating that the two groups fairly.④ The comparative comparison of follicular development:after the treatment both groups (P<0.05), two groups can promote follicular development. compared with the follicular development of the two groups (P<0.05), a statistically significant difference in the treatment group in promoting follicular development group was significantly better than the control group.⑤ The comparative comparison of basal body temperature:after the treatment both groups (P<0.05), the difference has statistically significant, the treatment group and control group patients have improved basal body temperature. Between the two groups (P> 0.05), the difference has no statistically significant after treatment, indicating that the two groups fairly.⑥ The comparative comparison of clinical symptom score:after the treatment both groups (P<0.05), patients in both groups improved menstruation. After treatment, the integration between clinical comparison (P<0.05), a statistically significant difference in the treatment group in improving menstrual group significantly better than the control group. Conclusion:Two groups of treatment for ovulation disorder were more certain clinical curative effect, both groups can reduce the clinical symptom scores, improve the basal body temperature, increase the ovarian follicle diameter, improve the probability of follicles discharge. Treatment group (warm acupuncture plus ear pressure combined with Chinese medicine group) not only has good effect on promoting ovarian follicle diameter, including improving the probability of follicles discharge and prompting follicle growth, but also can effectively improve the clinical symptom scores. It s curative effect is relatively pure Chinese medicine group has certain advantages. This method reflects the characteristics of the combination of acupuncture with Chinese medicine, it s curative effect is sure. It avoids the side effects and complications of western medicine.
