Clinical Research On Chaibei Erchen Drink To Interfer In The Syndrpme Of Qi Stagnation And Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome In Thyroid Nodulers

Purpose:To discuss the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine about thyroid nodules,access the clinical efficacy of Qi stagnation, phlegm method treat Qi Stagnation and Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome In Thyroid Nodulers.By observe the patients’ indicators such as the largest nodule diameter, clinical symptom, liver and kidney function and thyroid function to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chaibei Erchen Drink. Explore the mechanism of its action to provide basis for the treatment of thyroid nodules by traditional Chinese Medicine.Method:On the basis of the basic treatment, By a randomized controlled study of dividing 60 patients into 2 group,and their TCM Syndrome accord with Qi Stagnation and Phlegm Stagnation Syndrome In Thyroid nodules. Treatment group of 30 patients to treat with Chaibei Erchen Drink. Control group of 30 patients to treat with levothyroxine tablets(Euthyrox).6 months for 1 courses. Observe the changes of the two groups before and after treatment such as Clinical signs and symptoms.the maximum diameter of the nodule, thyroid function, liver and kidney function and other indicators of the efficacy and safety indicators.Results:Through statistical analysis, two groups of patients before treatment,gender,age,disease course and other basic data no significant difference(P>0.05). ① Clinical effect:After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 40.00%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). ② Curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome:The treatment group of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 90.00%,control group total effective rate was 36.67%, the total effective rate of treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).③The maximum diameter of thyroid nodules:After treatment, patients with thyroid nodules maximum diameter before treatment were significantly reduced(P<0.05);Between the two groups,the treatment group than the control group, the degree of narrowing nodules(P<0.05).④Relationship between nodule diameter and curative effect:The largest nodules in the treatment group less than 1 cm group after treatment, the total effective rate was 88.24%.The total effective rate was 76.92% in>1cm group(P<0.05).Comparison between groups;≤1cm group maximum extent reduced nodule diameter greater than>1cm group after treatment(P<0.05). In the treatment group after less than 1cm in diameter in the treatment group maximum nodule diameter reduced degree of 49.08+25.67%, treatment group>1cm diameter reduction degree of 30.13±20.68%(P<0.05).⑤Safety index:In the treatment of thyroid nodules with good safety by Chaibei Erchen Drink.Before and after treatment.⑥patients with thyroid function, liver and kidney function tests were in the normal range, no significant difference.No adverse reactions such as gastrointestinal discomfort and skin allergy occurred during the treatment period.Conclusion:Preliminary study shows that the effect of Chaibei Erchen Drink to treat the thyroid nodules was significant.lt Can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, to reduce or even eliminate thyroid nodules.The drug is safe and effective, worthy of promotion.
