Clinical Study Of Liqi Huatan Jiedu Recipe Combined With Omeprazole Enteric-coated Capsule In The Treatment Of Barrett Esophagus(Syndrome Of Stagnation Of Qi And Phlegm)

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of Liqi Huatan Jiedu recipe combined with omeprazole enteric-coated capsule on Barrett esophagus(syndrome of stagnation of qi and phlegm)by clinical study,and to provide objective basis for the treatment of Barrett esophagus with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:From December 2017 to September 2018,among the outpatients in the Department of Digestive Science,affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of traditional Chinese Medicine,a total of 48 patients met the inclusion and exclusion criteria of Barrett esophagus(syndrome of qi stagnation and phlegm obstruction).According to whether to use traditional Chinese medicine treatment,divided into test group(Liqi Huatan Jiedu recipe+omeprazole enteric capsule)and control group(omeprazole enteric capsule)each 24 cases,the course of treatment of both groups was 12 weeks.The two groups recorded the general situation of the two groups before and after treatment,TCM symptom integral,gastroscope manifestation,pathological manife-station,safety index and adverse reaction,and compared the difference of curative effect and safety between the two groups.Results:1.Endoscopic efficacy: The total effective rate of the experimental group was90.0%,that of the control group was 55.0%,and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p< 0.05).2.The curative effect of pathology and histology: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.0%,the total effective rate of the control group was 55.0%,and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p< 0.05).3.Comparison of clinical symptoms and therapeutic effects: The total effectiverate of the experimental group was 95%,that of the control group was 70%,and the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05).4.Observation of adverse reactions: There is no serious adverse drug reactions occurred in both groups during the trial period,and the results of general examination items were within the normal range,and the safety was good.Conclusion:Liqi Huatan Jiedu recipe combined with omeprazole enteric capsule is superior to omeprazole enteric capsule in improving the clinical symptoms,endoscopic manifestations and histopathological changes of BE,and the safety of the two groups can be guaranteed.
