The Observation Of Clinical Effect Of Sequential Therapy With "Neiyitingfang" And "Wenhuazhitongfang" Of Adenomyosis Dysmenorrhea And Its Influence On Serum TSGF

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of sequential therapy with "Neiyitingfang"and "Wenhuazhitongfang"on dysmenorrhea in patients with adenomyosis and the relationship between the serum TSGF and adenomyosis.Methods:There are 35 patients that come to Jiangsu Hospital of Traditonal Chinese Medcine for dysmenorrhea with diagnosis of adenomyosis from February,2015 to July,2015,Auto case-control study was applied in this experiment.Results:1) The sequential therapy with "Neiyitingfang"and"Wenhuazhitongfang"can obviously decrease the present pain intensity(PPI),numeric rating scale(NRS),dysmenorrhea score and associated symptoms score,and there is statistical difference (P<0.05)compared with before treatment;2)The serum TSGF levels in 35 cases of patients were high values through they were within the normal range.And the level of serum TSGF of posttreatment is lower than before treatment, there is statistical difference(P<0.05);3) The level of serum CA125 of posttreatment is lower than before treatment, there is statistical difference(P<0.05).4) The correlation analysis shows that the serum TSGF levels have positive linear with dysmenorrhea score and mumeric rating scale of patients with adenomyosis.Conclusion:1)The sequential therapy with "Neiyitingfang"and"Wenhuazhitongfang"of adenomyosis dysmenorrhea have significant clinical efficacy;2)The mechaism of alleviate dysmenorrhea is realate to the ability of reduce the level of serum CA125 and TSGF probably;3)The serum TSGF maybe have correlation with the ache of adenomyosis.
