Study On The Progress Of Retinal Function In Patients Of Diabetic Retinopathy Treated With Yiqi Yangyin Method

Purpose:In this study under the guidance of the relevant theory of TCM,To explore the influence on NPDR’s vision,fundus and visual function by the methods of supplementing Qi,nourishing Yin and promoting blood.Objective the clinical curative effect to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of DR.Methods:By observing the result of vision,fundus,FFA and ERG to contrast the TCM group and hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium tablets group.The two sets of data for statistical analysis to compare the curative effect.Observe the effectiveness of the qi and invigorate the circulation of party.Results:The Chinese medicine group improved their vision after treatment, and the difference between the medicine group was not statistically significant.The Chinese medicine group improved their fundus after treatment, and the difference between the medicine group was statistically significant.The Chinese medicine has little effect on improving the visual function, the result was not statistically significant between the before.Conclusion:The treatment of TCM has a better effect than hydroxyl benzene sulfonic acid calcium tablets on improving eye symptoms and eyesight.But it has no obvious impact on the function of the retina,and it was not statistically significant.
