Clinical Observation On Complex Prescription Of Ermiao Pills For Treatment With Different Hypotype HPV Infection

Purpose of research:through this research for the complex prescription of Ermiao pills in the treatment of different hypotype HPV to provide clinical basis, objectively and truly evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the complex prescription of Ermiao pills in removing HPV.Methods:selected into the standard hot and humid betting type cervical HPV persistent infection 97 cases of patients, who see doctors in the Gynecology Clinic of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between September 2014 and February 2016. Assign patients into two groups randomly,50 cases into the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (CMT group), while the other 47 ones into the blank group.The patients in the CMT group will take the complex prescription of Ermiao pills, three months as a course, and its curative effect will be evaluated after using two consecutive period of treatment, while patients in the blank group do not take any medicine.Results:1.Before and after treatment, the treatment group of HPV turn 38 cases and the total effective rate was78%, including 18 cases in the single infections and 21cases in the multiple infections,and the effective rate respectively was 78.2% and 77.78%. The the total effective rate, the effective rate of the single and multiple infections of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was obviously higher than that of the natural outcome of blank control group(38.30%, 36.36%,40.00%), and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).2.Before and after treatment, the treatment group and the blank control group total effectiveness respectively was:cure rate of Chinese medicine treatment group of HPV 16/18 and other type of HPV was 66.67% and 66.67%; natural outcome rate was 29.41% and 31.25% in the control group.The differences in cure rate of HPV 16/18 between two groups were statistical (P<0.05), but not statistically significant (P>0.01); the differences in cure rate of other type of HPV between two groups were statistically significant (P<0.01). The differences in cure rate between HPV 16/18 and other type in the the treatment group were statistical (P<0.05),while that in the blank group were not significant (P>0.05)3.Before and after treatment, the cure rate of five common subtypes (i.e.11,16,33,52,58) of traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group. Besides, the cure rate of HPV52 was highest,at 90%; the the cure rate of HPV52 and HPV58 was statistical (P<0.05)4.Before and after treatment, there were certain improvements in clinical and TCM symptoms of the treatment group and the blank control group, however, the differences of clinical and TCM symptoms complex score of the treatment group were statistical (P<0.05) while that of the blank group were not significant (P>0.05)Conclusion:the complex prescription of ermiao pills for the treatment of hot and humid betting type HPV persistent infection has good clinical curative effect. Although HPV infection can remove viruses by itself, the therapeutic effect of the complex prescription of ermiao pills is better than that of the blank group.lt not only can effectively remove infection of HPV 16/18 and other type of HPV subtype viruses,but also safe and reliable, so it is worth promoting.
