The Clinical Observation Of Functional Dyspepsia Of Mixed Cold And Heat Syndrome With The Treatment Of Banxiaxiexin Decoction

Objective:Use BanxiaxiexinTang Treating Functional Dyspepsia mixed cold and heat, and with mosapride randomized controlled clinical efficacy in patients with functional dyspepsia type of mixed cold and heat, provide a strong basis for clinical application.Methods:60 FD patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group of 30 patients and a control group of 30 patients, treatment was 4 weeks. Chinese medicine treatment group BanxiaxiexinTang subtraction control group was treated mosapride sheet. After the treatment, the use of statistical software to calculate the TCM syndrome score before and after treatment, Hamilton depression scale score, observed changes in clinical symptoms and adverse reactions before and after treatment, in order to objectively evaluate BanxiaxiexinTang subtraction effect.Results:1.The overall effect of comparison:The treatment group, the total efficiency of the control group were 93.33%,86.67%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), and better overall treatment group.2.Compared to total credit Syndrome:Two TCM symptoms was significantly lower than the total score after treatment before treatment (P<0.01); after treatment, the treatment group symptom total score lower than the control group (P<0.05).3. The four main symptoms integral comparison:After treatment, the four main symptoms integration than before treatment to reduce the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); the four main symptoms points after treatment compared to the difference statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group in improving the four main aspects of disease.4. The secondary symptoms integral comparison:the two groups after treatment than before treatment integral secondary symptoms decrease, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05); the secondary symptoms points after treatment compared to the difference statistically significant (P<0.05), the treatment group than the control group in improving various aspects of secondary symptoms.5. HAMD scores:two groups of patients after treatment compared to before treatment Hamilton Depression Rating volume, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment HAMD scores were significantly lower in treatment group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).6. Adverse reactions:the treatment group and the control group did not appear adverse reactions during treatment.Conclusion:1. Banxiaxiexin decoction and Mosapride of cold and heat mixed functional dyspepsia have a significant effect, and better overall efficacy Banxiaxiexin decoction; 2. Banxiaxiexin decoction and Mo cisapride can improve the clinical symptoms of cold and heat mixed type functional dyspepsia patients Banxiaxiexin decoction efficacy in primary disease and secondary symptoms improve aspects advantage; 3. Banxiaxiexin decoction and Mo cisapride can improve patients’depression and Banxiaxiexin decoction improve the efficacy of depression than mosapride; 4. Banxiaxiexin decoction safe, no adverse reactions, is worthy of clinical application.
