Clinical Observation Of Shugan Tiaowei Massage In The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia (Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome)

Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the effectiveness of clinical application of soothing liver and regulating stomach massage in the intervention of functional dyspepsia(liver-stomach disharmony syndrome).And the soothing liver and regulating stomach massage to form a prescription to facilitate the promotion.Methods: In this study,62 patients with functional dyspepsia diagnosed by western medicine were collected from the Massage Department and the Department of Liver and Spleen Digestive Medicine of the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and 62 patients were diagnosed according to the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine.They were divided into soothing the liver and regulating the stomach massage group and drug control group,31 cases each.The experimental group was given soothing liver and regulating stomach massage,while the control group was given mosapride citrate orally.In the test group,each massage lasted for 30 minutes,five times a week,and four weeks was a course of treatment;The treatment period of the control group was 4 weeks.After a course of treatment,observe the total effective rate of the two groups of patients,and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Shugan Tiaowei massage in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,including the score of hepatogastric disharmony syndrome before and after treatment,the score of FD quality of life scale and the detection of body surface electrogastrography.Results:A total of 62 subjects were included in this study protocol,including 1 case dropped off,1 case removed,and 60 effective cases.The curative effects are compared as follows:(1)In terms of clinical comprehensive efficacy: in the test group,4 cases were clinically cured,12 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,and 3 cases were ineffective,with an overall effective rate of 90%;In the control group,2 cases were clinically cured,6cases were markedly effective,17 cases were effective,and 6 cases were ineffective.The overall effective rate was 80%.The test group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);(2)In terms of the total score of TCM symptoms,the symptoms of the two groups were significantly relieved after 4 weeks of treatment compared with those before treatment,and the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(3)In terms of single symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine,after 4 weeks of treatment,the symptoms of patients in both groups were improved to some extent.In terms of relieving symptoms such as bloating or pain,loss of appetite and belching,the difference between the control group and the test group was small(P>0.05),while in terms of improving mood disorders,the test group was better than the control group(P<0.05);(4)In terms of the improvement of FDDQL score,the FDDQL score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before,and the score of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment(P<0.05);(5)After treatment,the main frequency and the percentage of slow wave disturbance in the fullness state of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the difference between the control group and the test group was small(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)soothing liver and regulating stomach massage intervention functional dyspepsia(liver stomach discord)clinical curative effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with obvious effect.(2)soothing liver and regulating stomach massage in improving TCM symptoms poor mood has obvious effect.(3)through this study proved that massage intervention functional dyspepsia(liverstomach disharmony)syndrome without any adverse reactions,good safety,worthy of further clinical promotion.
