| Objective:To understand the effect of Methamphetamine-synthetic drug on male sexual function, provide the basis for Methamphetamine-synthetic drug abusers’ sexual function rehabilitation and detoxification.Methods:191 cases of the Methamphetamine-synthetic drug abuser were investigated by general situation of using the self-made questionnaire,Sexual behavior questionnaire,Male sexual function inventory (MSFI). Result of MSFI was compared to the norm’s.Results:①The Methamphetamine-synthetic drug abusers average age of (30.37±7.88) years, and the average age of the first drug use was (24.29±8.04) years. ②The Methamphetamine-synthetic drug abuser in junior middle school education level (56.02%),the general level education is not high.③The 74 cases of methamphetamine interviews showed:the methamphetamine can enhance effect for Sexuality and Time of sexual intercourse in the early time.④According to analysis of MSFI,the scores of the Methamphetamine-synthetic drug abusers were significantly lower than norms, the extent of damage sexual function and the total amount of drug exists a significant positive correlation.Conclusions::The Methamphetamine-synthetic drug abusers are most low-level educated, young, polydrug-abusing; Early the methamphetamine in strengthening effect of Sexuality and Time of sexual intercourse,but after long -time abuse will damage it;The Methamphetamine-synthetic drug harmed on the male sexual function and the total drugs is an aggravating factor for the extent of damage sexual function. The sexual dysfunction rehabilitation should be strengthen intervened when treating Methamphetamine-synthetic drug abusers. |
