Comparison of the knowledge of contraception and abortion related complications known to hospital abortion service satisfaction and cognition of two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative 6 months after were made.Resultsr:The scores of the preoperative partial contraceptive knowledge in the the experimental group and the control group are no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); postoperative comparison of experimental group, the scores of subentry contraceptive knowledge were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). The experimental group and the control group, preoperative total score of contraceptive knowledge, total score in the two groups has no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); comparison of contraceptive knowledge score after operation, total score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). Experimental group and the control group before operation abortion related complications of partial knowledge comparison, and the scores of the two groups have no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); After the comparison of experimental group, the scores of abortion complications associated with partial knowledge was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). In the experimental group and the control and the total score of the group before operation abortion complications related to knowledge, total score in the two groups has no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); postoperative knowledge abortion related complications, total score and total score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).Experimental group before operation and postoperative item contraceptive knowledge score compared postoperative scored significantly higher than the preoperative score, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05); Abortion complications associated with partial knowledge scores compared postoperative scored significantly higher than the preoperative score, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05). Experimental group before operation and postoperative total score of contraceptive knowledge compared. Postoperative scores were higher than the preoperative score, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05); comparison of abortion related complications of the total knowledge score, postoperative score was higher than the preoperative score, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).The control group of preoperative and postoperative item contraceptive knowledge score compared preoperative, postoperative scoring difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); abortion complications associated with partial knowledge scores compared preoperative, postoperative scoring difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). The control group of preoperative and postoperative contraceptive knowledge score comparison, preoperative and postoperative scores had no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05); comparison of the total score of abortion complications related to knowledge. The results showed that preoperative and postoperative scores had no significant difference, the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).Comparison of satisfaction of the two groups of the hospital were made after 6 months. The results showed that the satisfactory rates of two groups were not all the same (x2=24.926, P< 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. And the satisfactory rate was 92.4% in the study group and 71.3% in the control group, indicating that the satisfaction of the hospital of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group. Conclusion:It is the great benefit of future generations that Hospitals carry out sustained, high quality, standardization of PAC, provide professional service of abortion care for the majority of women of childbearing age and help them correctly and systematically understand contraceptive and reproductive health knowledges, and master the effective contraceptive methods, select the appropriate contraceptive measures, reduce repeat abortion rate, reduce the occurrence of complications of abortion.
