| Objective: To observe the impact of Post Abortion Care combined low-frequence electric pulse on postoperative uterine involution after abortion.Methods: Totally 246 patients with induced abortion from October 2014 to October 2015 in Cangzhou Health Center for women and children were selected,they were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group includes 206 cases and control group(40 cases with routine treatment after abortion surgery group).The observation group according to the principle of patients' informed consent and in patients undergoing abortion care services after artificial abortion choice contraception,they are divided into low-frequency electric pulse group of 42 cases,oral contraceptive group of 40 cases,intrauterine device IUD group of 41 cases,oral contraceptive combined with low-frequence electric pulse group of 42 cases,intrauterine device IUD combined with low-frequence electric pulse group of 41 cases.The control group was given conventional surgery processed,low-frequency electric pulse group in observation group,on the basis of the control group,was given low-frequency electric pulse,oral contraceptive group and intrauterine device IUD group,on the basis of the control group,in accordance with Post Abortion Care standards process,the oral contraceptive group patients given compound short-acting oral contraceptives,yasmin(flexor screw ketone ethinylestradiol),immediate postoperative patients in intrauterine device IUD group abortion placed with copper T the intrauterine device(TCu-an IUD),oral contraceptive combined with low-frequence electric pulse group,giving patients Post Abortion Care(oral contraceptive)with low frequency electric pulse therapy,intrauterine device IUD combined with low-frequence electric pulse group,giving patients Post Abortion Care(intrauterine device)with lowfrequency electric pulse therapy.The vaginal bleeding amout,vaginal bleeding duration,the sum of the three size after operative 2 weeks,uterine cavity effusion and the menstruation recovery time were compared between every group.Use SPSS17.0 statistical software analysis results.Results: The vaginal bleeding duration in the observation group of low-frequence electric pulse and Post Abortion Care group were shorter than the control group,the vaginal bleeding amount is less than the control group,the sum of the three size after operative 2 weeks are less than the sum of the control group,the incidence of uterine cavity effusion were lower than the control group,the menstrual recovery time were shorter than the control group,the Post Abortion Care combined with low-frequence electric pulse group compared with the low frequency electric pulse and Post Abortion Care,short duration of vaginal bleeding and vaginal haemorrhage amount less,the sum of the three size after operative 2 weeks,low incidence of uterine cavity effusion,menstrual recovery time is short,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05),Post Abortion Care and low frequency electric pulse can promote people from postoperative uterine instauration,and Post Abortion Care combined with low-frequence electrical impulses to promote postoperative uterine instauration have synergy;the post Abortion Care due to the choice of abortion instant the different methods of birth control,to promote uterine instauration is different,the effect of shortening the duration of vaginal bleeding and reduce the bleeding,the oral contraceptive pill is better than that of the intrauterine device group.About the oral contraceptive pill group after two weeks of the intrauterine device group,there was no statistically significant difference of the sum of the three lines of the uterus(P > 0.05).In the aspect of reducing the incidence of uterine cavity effusion 2 weeks later,the pill group is better than that of the intrauterine device.The difference are statistically significant(P < 0.05),About the recovery time in the menstrual cycle,the oral contraceptive pill group is shorter than that of the intrauterine device,the difference of which is statistically significant.(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1 The Post Abortion Care and low-frequence electric pulse technology promoting postpartum uterine involution not only has evident clinical efficacy,but also improves the clinical symptoms and signs of the patient2 The different choosing contraceptive methods after Post Abortion Care can also promote different effect in uterine involution.the oral contraceptive pill group are better than the intrauterine device group in the vaginal bleeding amount and The vaginal bleeding duration.the sum of the three size after operative 2 weeks between the oral contraceptive pill group and the intrauterine device group has no statistically significant difference.The oral contraceptive pill group is better than the intrauterine device group in the uterine cavity effusion.The oral contraceptive pill group is better than the intrauterine device group in the recovery time of the menstrual cycle.3 The Post Abortion Care and low frequency electric pulse to promote postoperative uterine instauration has obvious synergy.There
