It is a common complication of chronic venous insufficiency of lower extremity. The main symptoms are foot boot area, inside and outside ankle, foot back or the other skin ulcer formation, pigmentation,Ulcers can be a single occur, can also be multiple occur. If there is no special treatment, ulcers will not heal for a long time or recurrent. And it is possible to become cancerous.Impact on the health and quality of life of patients.Increase the economic burden of patients.Because venous ulcer of lower extremity is a result of the interaction of deep vein, superficial vein and traffic vein. So it is also necessary to correct the treatment of lower extremity venous system’s dysfunction. This paper collects the clinical data of 78 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity in patients who received the thoracic and cardiovascular surgery in our hospital during the past five years. To analyze the effect of comprehensive treatment and prognosis, and to provide experience for the treatment of the future. Methods:The clinical data and follow-up data of 78 patients with lower extremity varicose vein in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015 were retrospectively analyzed. Comparison of patients after high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping, percutaneous continuous circumsuture and the ring of superficial femoral vein and other clinical symptoms’s signs of improvement after comprehensive treatment. All statistical data were processed by SPSS17.0 software,Using t test,95%confidence interval (95%CI), the percentage of the results expressed by x±s, P<0.05 difference was statistically significant.Result:This study group of 78 patients with 93 limbs underwent saphenous high ligation of great saphenous vein stripping, percutaneous continuous circumsuture.7 deep venous valves with severe regurgitation were treated by the ring of superficial femoral vein.Follow up From 3 to June after surgery, The healing rate was 91.4%, The ulcer area of the 8 limbs after the operation was significantly smaller than that before June.Skin lipid and pigmentation and so on were significantly improved.During follow-up, there were 8 cases of ulcer recurrence in other parts, the recurrence rate was 8.6%, Recurrent ulcer treated by percutaneous continuous circumsuture, the wound healing. All patients had no recurrence of varicose veins and thrombosis after operation. No incision infection occurred.7 cases of patients with percutaneous continuous circumsuture and the ring of superficial femoral vein and the ulcer healed after operation.CEAP classification was used to compare the clinical symptom and physical sign of the patients and evaluate the therapeutic effect. To compare the clinical symptoms of all patients before and after 3 to June. Statistics show that all patients with postoperative symptoms, signs were significantly improved than the preoperative P<0.01Conclusions:1.The combined treatment of percutaneous continuous circumsuture combined with the ring of superficial femoral vein and superficial femoral vein valve operation is an effective method for the treatment of chronic varicose ulcer of lower extremity.2.Venous ulcer of the lower limb needs to be cured at the same time, Asajing, the function of the traffic vein and muscle pump system.3.percutaneous continuous circumsuture dealing with traffic venous operation is simple, small trauma, postoperative infection rate is low, is an effective surgical method...
