Objective:Discuss the difference between PaCO2, PaO2; DD, FIB, FEV1, HCY, PASP levels in different causes of pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) and the correlation. Methods:Collect the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University for treatment of dry cure Second Department from January 2014~December 2015, pulmonary arterial hypertension, medical records 90 cases of hospitalized patients, which were examined and confirmed by Ulrtrasound cardiagraphy over the same period. The cases of which meet the diagnostic criteria for COPD with pulmonary arterial hypertension of hospitalized patients, a total of 55 cases, as COPD group (COPD combined PAH group); In line with the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary embolism with pulmonary arterial hypertension in 35 patients hospitalized, as PE group (PE combined PAH group).Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis. Research the correlation between these laboratory tests (PaO2, PaCO2; DD, FIB; FEV1; HCY) in patients and the results of Doppler echocardiography measured pulmonary artery systolic pressure (PASP), and between HCY and other parameters of index. To further explore the differences of the parameter index in two groups of patients.Results:1. COPD group PASP (59.58 plus or minus 17.06) less than the PE group (61.20 plus or minus 16.36), no significant statistical difference between the two groups (P= 0.66. P> 0.05; 2. Comparison between groups PaCO2, FEV1 were statistical different (P<0.05), the COPD group compared with the PE group, carbon dioxide retention and airflow limitation were more significantly;3.Between PASP and PaCO2, DD, FIB, HCY was positively correlated (P<0.05); and PaO2, FEV1 was negatively correlated (P<0.05); 4. between HCY and the levels of PaCO2, FIB were positively correlated (P<0.05), and between HCY in COPD group was negatively correlated with PaO2.Conclusions:For the patients of PAH, especially To PAH caused by COPD and PE, The level of HCY, PaCO2, PaO2, DD, FIB, FEV, dynamic monitored is important, especially closely monitoring the content of HCY can predicte the level of PaCO2, PaO2, FIB. Further to do a assessment and to guide the treatment for the disease, finally to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
