| Research BackgroundThe 13th Five-Year Plan period is the key to build comprehensive well-off society. The development is the first priority, and economic development needs a large number of professionals whom have specialized skills. The ministry of education has planned that the number of vocational education students has 14.8 million by 2020. Cultivating high-quality workers has become a consensus, and with the scale of more than 10 million students in higher vocational colleges, it makes higher vocational education account for the half in our country. In this background, it lets us pay more attention to higher vocational colleges, and focus on higher vocational students. Students’ psychological health problem has attracted a great attention, and the psychological problems of college students become very common, especially anxiety and depression, and even become a series of problems. It lacks a set of suitable and effective mental health education methods for higher vocational students, and needs continuous study to find suitable education methods for higher vocational college students’ psychological health. This paper analyzes the influence factors of anxiety and depression, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions by researching the current situation of higher vocational college students.Research ObjectivesTo study and investigate the current situation of vocational college students’ anxiety and depression, assess the reason for these, it gives the analysis, and finds the corresponding measures for higher vocational college students’ psychological aspect. This can provides guidance for more vocational college students’ psychological health education, especially anxiety depression problem, and provide the basis for scientific psychological education.Materials and MethodsThis research adopts the method of the present study, and the method of stratified random cluster sampling, chooses a total of 550 students from the one of Anhui higher vocational college in grade one and grade two. It uses the unified guidance by field distribution and recycling questionnaire (including students’ general condition, anxiety self-assessment scale, depression self-assessment scale), to investigate students’anxiety and depression status, by using Excel to establish database and data sorting work at the same time, and by using SPSS20.0 software package for data processing and analysis (including t test, analysis of variance, X2 test, etc.).ResultsAnalysis results show that the proportion of depression college students was 22.36%, the proportion of anxiety was 8%. Pearson correlation analysis shows that it has correlation between researching students’depression and the occurrence of their anxiety. Single factor analysis:in family monthly income which is more than 5000 yuan, the incidence of depression is greater than these less than 5000 yuan. And it has statistical significance; The anxiety detection rate of students who are not satisfied with school management and school environment is higher than these are satisfied with them, and it has statistical significance; The anxiety level of sophomore is higher than the freshman,and it has statistical significance; The anxiety level of 21 years and older students is higher than the students under the age of 20, and it has statistical significance; The anxiety level of family monthly income above 5000 yuan is higher than those below 5000 yuan, and it has statistical significance; The anxiety level of students who are not satisfied with school management and school environment is higher than these are satisfied with them, and it has statistical significance; Single factors with different genders, the only-child or not, different areas have no significant difference with the anxiety status. Significant difference was found in three different emotional state of anxiety:anxiety level of never love students is lower than ones had been in love; Anxiety level of never love is lower than they were in love; The anxiety level of once love has no difference with ones were in love. Single factor analysis: the depression rate of family monthly income above 5000 yuan is higher than those below 5000 yuan; The depression detection rate of students who are not satisfied with school management and school environment is higher than these are satisfied with them, and it has statistical significance; The depression level of family monthly income above 5000 yuan is higher than those below 5000 yuan, and it has statistical significance; Single factor has no significant difference for depression happened in different gender, the only-child or not, different grade, different area, year of birth, and satisfaction for the school management and school environment; It has the difference between three different emotional state and the occurrence rate of anxiety,:never fall in love is less than ever in love; never in love is less than in love; once love has no difference than in love.Conclusions and SuggestionsThere is a certain degree of depression and anxiety for college students, and it should cause enough attention. It has correlation with the occurrence of students’ depression and anxiety. It has a significant difference for the occurrence of anxiety in family monthly income, satisfied with the school management and school environment, different grade, and different year of birth; Family income level has significant difference in depression; Three different kinds of emotional state (once were in love, never fall in love, in love) has difference in anxiety and depression. In view of the above factors, the paper puts forward these following suggestions: Students should:1) have self-adaptation, and correct positioning.2) master solid professional knowledge and skills, improve own quality, and prepare for employment; 3) set up the correct judgments, employment utlook, concept of love, values, and outlook on life. School should:1) establish a high-quality team of counsellors, and a team of mental health education, to carry out health education activities, and establish an effective psychological problems intervention mechanism; 2) accurately grasp the vocational students’ characteristics, and constantly improve the management level, achieve the scientific and effective management method; 3) establish good school environment, and further optimize environment of the humanities. Social should: 1) improve graduates employment mechanism, provide employment opportunities for higher vocational graduates; 2) improve the social recognition degree for higher vocational students, and correct one-sided understanding of higher vocational students; 3) give widely participation, joint effort, and focus on reducing the rate of students adverse psychological events. |
