| ObjectiveThe objective is to determine the clinical efficacy of the Combined therapy, Syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of Acne treated with pricking blood therapy to Erjian and acupuncture treatment. And to explore the mechanism of the Acne treated with the Combined therapy. To provide strong evidence for the clinical application of this kind of combinde therapy. At the same time, it is to prove the clinical efficacy of the pricking blood therapy to Erjian, that is safe/effective/Handy therapy in clinical treatment. To provide theoretical basis for the application of the simple treatment in order to help more and more patients to relief the pian of acne.Methods(1) 67 cases of patients with acne were divided into two groups at random, the treatment group is 34 cases of patients and the control group is 33. (2) The treatment group adopted acupuncture and pricking blood therapy to Erjian. Acupuncture treatment every other day. Erjian pricking blood every other day, one side in one time, Alternate binaural,10 times as a course of treatment, for 3 courses of treatment. The control group used acupuncture simply,10 times as a course of treatment, for 3 courses of treatment. (3)recorded the related data at the time of before, after the observation, and recorded Long-term effect and recurrence rate over 3 months after the observasion. At the end of the observation, all the data ere quantified, using statistical analysis software for statistical analysis. ResultsThis study used the cases from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from May 2015 to November 2015 in acupuncture clinic patients and students of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Two groups of age, gender, course of disease, the severity of the skin lesions before treatment, lesion score, dermatology life quality scores were comparable. The research results showed:(1) In the treatment group of 34 cases, the score of scoring and life quality in patients with skin GAGS after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment, the pricking blood therapy to Erjian combined with acupuncture therapy on acne is very exact; (2) 33 patients in the control group, after treatment, scores of quality of life of the patients and skin GAGS scores were lower than before treatment, and there was statistical significance, so the acupuncture therapy has a definite therapeutic effect on acne; (3) Treated 34 patients,9 cases were cured,14 cases markedly effective in 9 cases,2 cases, significantly more was 67.65%, the total effective rate was 94.12%; control group,33 patients,5 patients were cured,9 cases, effective in 14 cases,5 cases markedly effective rate was 42.42%, the total effective rate was 84.85%, the two groups was statistically significant healing rate and the total effective rate was no significant difference, indicating whether it is binding needle ear spikes blood sting therapy, acupuncture therapy or simply to have a therapeutic effect are acne, and the ear spikes blood combined with acupuncture therapy to alleviate the symptoms of acne than the degree of acupuncture. (4) The quality of life scores before and after treatment were decreased quality of life and the treatment group scores lower than the difference between the control group and was statistically significant, indicating that both groups therapy can improve the quality of life of patients, and the treatment group than the control group. (5)After three months of treatment,67 patients were returning investigation. Treatment of 9 cases were cured without recurrence; control group,5 patients recovered, one case of recurrence, the recurrence rate was 20%. No recovery of the observation target for a return visit, the patient treatment group,5 cases of acne symptoms worse, while the control group of 14 patients increased, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that long-term treatment effect of the treatment group than the control group. conclusionThis study is based on the TCM theory, through the GAGS scale to quantify the integral of patients and clinical evaluation of patients with lesions in the skin lesions, the application of those traditional Chinese medicine therapy (pricking blood therapy to Erjian and acupuncture) of 67 patients randomized, controlled clinical studies confirmed that the Erjian blooding with acupuncture have a good curative effect on the treatment of Syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of Acne, to provide the efficacy of the combined therapy on the treatment of Syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of Acne This study also showed that the combined therapy is better than acupuncture only with in the side of relieving symptoms and the recurrence rate of controlling the Syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of Acne. In summary, the combined therapy has a clear role in trertment of the Syndrome of wind-heat invading the lung of Acne and control ing the recurrence rate. |
