Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Disease Of Mammary Gland Hyperplasia Literature System Evaluation And The Analysis Of TCM Drug Laws

Objective(1)To understand the current situation of the domestic Chinese medicine treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia, this study makes a system evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine (including periodic therapy and Aperiodic therapy), traditional Chinese and western medicine combined (TCM+TAM) and pure western medicine (TAM) in treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia of curative effect and security.(2)To analyze drug law of Chinese medicine treating disease of mammary gland hyperplasia, and provide some ideas and methods for clinical rational drug use and popularization of Chinese traditional medicine treatment and further relevant clinical studies.MethodsBy using each big database platform at home and abroad, such as CNKI, CqVip, wanfang database, pubmed, Nature, Science and so on, to collect some literature about the traditional Chinese medicine, tamoxifen (TAM), combined Chinese and western medicine (TCM+TAM) for the treatment of disease of mammary gland hyperplasia, and filtered to retrieve the documents, the quality evaluation of the literature of eventually meeting inclusion criteria, eliminating the article of which Jadad score less than 2 and the rest of the article according to the different research purposes, in turn, divided into four groups: (1) TCM Versus TAM; (2) TCM+TAM Versus TAM; (3) TCM+TAM Versus TCM; (4)TCM (periodic therapy) Versus TCM (Aperiodic therapy), and then use RevMan5.3 software for statistical analysis and Excel for collecting the literature of traditional Chinese medicine prescription to analysis drug laws and compare the traditional Chinese medicines of mammary gland hyperplasia patients breast of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of GuangDong Province in August 2015.ResultsConform to the inclusion criteria of a total of 45 articles (n=7845), according to the research purpose, in turn divided into:TCM Versus TAM (n = 14 article); TCM+TAM Versus TAM (n=22 article); TCM+TAM Versus TAM(n = 6 article); TCM (periodic therapy) Versus TCM (Aperiodic therapy) n=7 article).(1)TCM Versus TAM:a total into 14 RCT literature(n=1717), the Meta analysis results indicate that Chinese traditional medicine group total effective rate is better than TAM treatment group (OR= 3.85; 95%CI=2.70 to 5.49;P<0.00001); The clinical cure rate higher than that of pure TAM group (OR=2.44; 95% CI=1.92 to 3.10; P<0.00001); There is no statistically significant difference in clinical show efficiency (P=0.47); Clinical adverse reaction rate of Pure TAM treatment group is higher than the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (OR=0.13; 95% CI=0.08 to 0.21; P< 0.00001).(2)TCM+TAM Versus TAM:a total of into 22 RCT literature(n=4975), the Meta analysis results indicate that TCM+TAM group total effective rate is better than TAM treatment group (OR= 4.39; 95% CI=3.60 to 5.35; P<0.00001); The clinical cure rate higher than that of pure TAM group (OR=2.38;95% CI =1.87 to 3.02; P<0.00001); Clinical efficiency is better than that of pure TAM group (OR=1.33;95% CI=1.17 to 1.51; P<0.00001); Clinical adverse reaction rate of Pure TAM treatment group is higher than TCM+TAM treatment group (OR=0.45; 95% CI=0.35 to 0.58; P<0.00001).(3)TCM+TAM VS TCM:a total of into 6 RCT literature(n=1019), the Meta analysis results indicate that TCM+TAM group total effective rate is better than TCM treatment group (OR=3.42;95%CI=2.32 to 5.03;P<0.00001); The clinical cure rate higher than that of pure TCM group (OR=2.98;95% CI=2.12 to 4.19;P<0.0001); Clinical efficiency is better than that of pure TCM group (OR=2.27;95% CI=1.72 to 2.99;P<0.00001); Clinical adverse reaction rate of TCM+TAM treatment group is higher than pure TCM treatment group (OR=11.08;95% CI=2.06 to 58.60;P=0.005).(4)TCM (periodic therapy) Versus TCM (Aperiodic therapy):a total of into 7 RCT literature (n=623), the Meta analysis results indicate that TCM (periodic therapy) group total effective rate is better than TCM (Aperiodic therapy) treatment group (OR=4.23;95% CI=2.30 to 7.77;P<0.00001); The clinical cure rate is better than that of TCM (Aperiodic therapy) group (OR=2.46;95% CI=1.74 to 3.47; P<0.00001); There is no statistically significant difference in Clinical efficiency (P=0.13); the lack of relevant data to analyze the side reaction of both.(5)The TCM prescription of the literature (118,655 frequency) and The TCM prescription of clinic(186 species,11647 frequency) are shown that there is a heaviest ratio in the treatment of disease of mammary gland hyperplasia Chinese herbal medicine for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, tonify deficiency, heat, spleen medicine,; ingredients is given priority to with bitter, laborious, sweet and medicinal properties is given priority to with flat, cold, warm and main and collateral channels is given priority to with liver, lung, spleen, combined accounted for 49.20% and main and collateral channels is given priority to with liver, heart.spleen in clinic, combined accounted for 67.65%. Literature data show of traditional Chinese medicine drug to the liver, spleen, kidney, stomach, viz 66.63%, clinical data show of traditional Chinese medicine drug to the liver, spleen, stomach, viz 54.32%, Lung drugs, heart drugs also pay more attention to match.Conclusion(1)Therapeutic aspects, the existing meta analysis results and clinical evidence that Chinese medicine can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy of clinical treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia, especially Chinese medicine cycle therapy; Security, compared to the traditional Chinese medicine with TAM or pure TAM therapy, Chinese medicine can significantly reduce adverse reaction rate, and has a unique advantage, but because the included in the research of quality restriction, the follow-up still need to do more high quality research are analyzed.(2) Into literature of medicine prescription and the Guangdong Province in the Hospital of outpatient medicine prescription statistics results are showed that law of herbal medicine mainly for promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis drugs, tonify deficiency, heat, spleen medicine is given priority to, give priority to with bitter, laborious, sweet and given priority to with flat, cold, warm, main and collateral channels is given priority to with liver, spleen, stomach, kidney, with "tong" products.
