Different types resources of Camellia nitidissima Chi in Fujian Province was studied to find the Genetic information and main chemical component content of tea. Then the vitro and in vivo antioxidant of Camellia were studied to prove its antioxidant abilities in aged mice induced by D-galactose. This topic mainly consists of four parts, the main contents of each part are as follows:1. Inter-Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) was used to analysis genetic diversity and genetic relationship of 19 different species of Camellia types resources. The results showed that the genetic coefficient of 19 types resources of Camellia between 0.1610-0.8512 and the average genetic similarity coefficient was 0.5523.2.Determinate traits and chemical composition of 19 types resources of Camellia leaves, then choice the best Camellia types.The six indexes content of the Camellia was analysis by Principal component analysis and Clustering analysis. According to principal component selection principle, extraction of two main component can reflect the overall information of the Camellia. According to the principal component cluster analysis,19 different types Camellia divided into three categories, similarly by the active components of the standardized score value of clustering analysis. When the reference line at a distance of "8" and different species of flower tea can be divided into three categories, excellent including,4, 15. The combination of the two methods can be used to identify the 3 as the best types resources (G3).3. According to the (G3) extract liquid on DPPH free radical scavenging rate as the index, optimization of extraction process using response surface method. The determined the optimum extraction process for:liquid ratio 1:50, ethanol volume fraction was 55%, extraction time 60 min. According to the antioxidant ability of Camellia to divided into good, medium and poor classes, G3 still for the antioxidant activity of the best types that clustering results with practical significance of selection of G3 follow-up study.4.The acute aging model in rats by subcutaneous injection of D-galactose methods of, the determination of the immune organs of rats weight and serum and liver total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC), and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX), malondialdehyde (MDA) is the major enzyme activity and content, and the comprehensive evaluation of antioxidant capacity.5. The appearance of G3 types are described, including the number and position of holes in the shape and size of pollen morphology and germination, and exine ornamentation as basis for plant identification.
