Objective:To investigate the survival and prognosis related factors of patients with pulmonary metastases from colorectal cancer. Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with pulmonary metastases from colorectal cancer in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 1,2012 to June 30,2015 were analyzed retrospectively. Kaplan-Meier method was used for survival analysis, prognostic factors in univariate analysis was performed by log-rank test and the multivariate analysis was analyzed by COX proportional hazards model. Results:The results of lung metastases from colorectal cancer in patients with a total of 1 year survival rate was 41%,2 year survival rate of 12%, the overall median survival time was 13 months. Univariate analysis results showed that colorectal carcinoma of T stage (P=0.049), N stage(P=0.028), surgical operation (P=0.011), systemic chemotherapy (P=0.001), the number of metastases(P=0.027),these were related to 1 year overall survival rate. Multivariate analysis demonstrated that the surgical treatment of colorectal cancer(P=0.039),systemic cheomtherapy (P=0.005)and colorectal cancer N stage(P=0.014) influenced 1 year overall survival rate. Conclusion:The survival rate of pulmonary metastases from colorectal cancer is associated with some clinical pathological factors, the resection of primary colorectal tumor and syestemic chemotherapy can prolong the survival time of patients with pulmonary metastases, and earlier N stage suggest better prognosis.
