Objective:To investigate the indications of operation,the operation mode and the curative effect of pulmonary metastases surgical treatment. Methods:From 2003 January to 2013 June were retrospectively analyzed in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University in 58 cases of pulmonary metastatic tumor operation treatment in patients with clinical data.Results:The whole group operation no death cases, including 17 cases of VATS operation,41 cases of open chest operation. Follow up to 2015 January, the follow-up rate was 84.4%.1,2,3,5 year survival rates were 89.6%,55.7%,31.4%,13%, the median survival time was 30.04 months. Female,no mediastinal and hilar lymph node metastasis prognosis is good, male, mediastinal or hilar lymph node metastasis in patients with poor prognosis. Age, mode of operation, the range of resection, DFI had no significant effect on the prognosis.Conclusion:For the patients with operation indications, tumor should be actively operation treatment without operation taboos of pulmonary metastasis. Female,no lymph node metastasis of patients, the prognosis is good;male, lymph node metastasis of the patients, the prognosis is poor. The operation the patient’s age, choose the VATS operation approach and conventional thoracotomy approach, underwent pulmonary wedge resection and lobectomy effect is similar, no significant difference.
