| Research objectivesXience Prime is a new generation of drug-eluting stents (des), its application has been proven more effecy than the first generation of drug-eluting stents in foreign countries, but its long-term efficacy and safety in Chinese people is not clear, So the purpose of this study was to assessment Xience Prime everolimus eluting stents during interventional treatment and long-term application of the effectiveness and safety of coronary heart disease in Chinese population.Methods300 cases of coronary heart disease patients who received application Xience prime everolimus eluting stent during August 2013-2014 April in Yulin city first people’s hospital department of cardiology were inrolled in this study. the basic clinical data of patients were collected, the site of stent implantation, the number of clinical improvement after implantation, etc. and followed up the patients for 24 months,57 patients were reviewed for coronary angiography, evaluation of the postoperative situation, analysis of major adverse cardiac events, stent restenosis, stent thrombosis occurred.Results300 cases of patients with coronary heart disease were successfully implanted 512 golds Xience Prime everolimus eluting stents, the success rate of surgery was 100%,local residual stenosis of target lesion after stent release< 5%, there were no deaths, no reinfarction, and emergency coronary artery bypass surgery in the hospital during the period of hospitalization. At the end of the 24 month long term follow-up, the incidence of MACE was 4.3% during the follow-up period. Coronary angiography was performed after 1 years and 2 years.the rate of stent restenosis were 2% and 2.7%, the rate of stent thrombosis were 0.3% and 0.7%, the total mortality rate was 2%.ConclusionsThe application of Xience prime everolimus eluting stent in chinese patients with coronary heart disease is safe and effective.The rate of major adverse cardiac events, stent restenosis and stent thrombosis occurred rate is low... |
