The Clinical Effect And Security Of Febuxostat In Treating Goout With High Uric Acid Hematic Disease

Objective To observe the clinical effect and security of febuxostat in treating goout with high high uric acid hematic disease.Methods 90 cases of patients with high uric acid hematic disease with gout double-blind control study, subjects in accordance with the proportion randomly assigned to:A group were given allopurinol 300mg/d. B group were given febuxostat 40mg/d.C group were given febuxostat 80mg/d and The course of teratment was 24 weeks.,serum uric acid level in the three groups of treatment process,24 hours urinary uric acid levels, routine blood, liver, kidney, gout episodes, and the occurrence of adverse events.Results after treatment the blood uric acid (<6 mg/dl (356.88 umol/1) the proportion of group C is as high as 70.4%, compared with group A (34.7%) and B (35.7%) (p= 0.01), the difference was statistically significant, there was no statistically significant difference between the group A and group B. in the process of the treatment group 8,16,24 weeks down value compared with the baseline blood uric acid, variance analysis showed the visit viewpoint, was statistically significant difference between the three groups, two comparison results show that blood uric acid decreased value each visit to view C group were higher than that of group A and groupB, difference was statistically significant, there was no statistically significant difference between the group A and group B.in the process of the three groups of treatment 4,8,12,16,20,24 weeks of blood uric acid, by percentage from the baseline, variance analysis showed the visit viewpoint, was statistically significant difference between the three groups.Pairwise comparison results showed that the visit to view blood uric acid percentage decline in C group were higher than that of group A and group B, the difference was statistically significant.Three groups before and after treatment the blood routine, liver, kidney, adverse events, there was no statistically significant difference.Conclusion febuxostat can significantly decrease the level senlm uric acid.the effect of febuxostat 80mg/d is better than febuxotat 40mg/d and did not increase the occurrence of adverse events.
