| Objective:To explore the drug resistance of common infectious bacteria in burnt wound of five external drugs,to provide reference for clinical medication and cause people to pay attention to the drug resistance of external use.Method:collect clinical common three kinds of strains in wound from the burn department in our hospital:Including Bauman Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus strains of the 10 respectively. Wo test The minimal inhibitive concentration (MIC) of five external drugs:In-cluding iodophor solution,silver sulfadiazine cream, nanoparticulate siliver antibacterialgel, Mupirocin Ointment, furacilin solution to standard strain and clinical isolate. Determine whether bacteria are resistant to drug resistance.Result:In 30 strains of clinical isolates:14 strains have produced resistance to mupirocin, Including Acinetobacter baumannii 5,7 Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus 2, resistant strains accounted for 47%; 10 strains have produced resistance to iodophor solution, Acinetobacter baumannii 4, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 3, Staphylococcus aureus 3, accounting for 33%;9 strains have produced resistance to nanoparticulate siliver antibacterial gel, Acinetobacter baumannii 3, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 3, Staphylococcus aureus 3;7 strains have produced resistance to silver sulfadiazine cream, Acinetobacter baumannii 2, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 3, Staphylococcus aureus 2; 5 strains have produced resistance to furacilin solution, Acinetobacter baumannii 2, Pseudomonas aeruginosa 1,Staphylococcus aureus 2. In 30 strains of clinical isolates,22 strains have produced resistance, among them,7 strains were resistant to one external use of antibiotics,10 strains were resistant to two kinds of antibiotics, and 5 strains were resistant to more than two kinds of antimicrobial agents, which accounted for 27%,33% and 17% respectively.Conclusion:(1) 5 kinds of external use of antibacterial drugs on the 3 kinds of bacteria have antibacterial effect, and there are some differences in the antibacterial effect of each other.(2) In 5 kinds of external use of antibacterial drugs, the highest detection rate of bacterial resistance to Mupirocin Ointment, the second is the iodophor solution, the third and the fourth is nanoparticulate siliver and silver sulfadiazine cream, the lowest is Furacilin Solution.(3) In 30 strains of clinical isolates, part of bacteria have produced drug resistance, should arouse our attention. |
