Public Policy Research In The Conflict Between Doctors And Patients

The conflict between doctors and patients is a hot issue in recent years, which reflects the contradiction between the people and the medical and health institutions in the field of medical and health. This paper, from the perspective of public policy, through the analysis of the fundamental causes of the current conflict between doctors and patients, analyzes the defects of China’s medical security system, and points out that we should develop a reasonable public policy guidance in the medical service, and provide a feasible way to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients.This paper argues that the solution to the conflict between doctors and patients requires the concerted efforts of all parties in the society. In addition to the government should take the initiative to assume corresponding responsibilities, establish and improve the medical security system, increase capital investment in the field of medical treatment, but also give full play to the third departments in the judicial identification, the important function of the third party mediation, commercial insurance and private medical institutions, to popularize the concept of rule of law, improve the medical laws and regulations, let the law become an important basis for the settlement of medical disputes, the medical dispute resolution into the orbit of rule of law. The government should lead the news media to play a positive role in the conflict between doctors and patients.Through the analysis of the case of medical disputes, this paper summarizes the government and medical institutions in dealing with the conflicts between doctors and patients, and summarizes the methods and basis for formulating public policy. According to the objective analysis, the paper puts forward the system construction and legal protection.
