Pregnancy-Related Factors Of Infertility With Endometriosis After Laparoscopic Combined With Hysteroscopy Surgery

Objective:To probe into the factors for the pregnancy outcome of the endometriosis-associated infertility after laparoscopic combined with hysteroscopy surgery. The aim is to provide a scientific basis for clinical treatment.Method:A retrospective analysis of the endometriosis-associated infertility from March 2012 to March 2014 after laparoscopic combined with hysteroscopy surgery including the history of infertility, the surgery data. EFI scores and r-AFS stages were performed according to surgery, the pregnancy situations and outcomes were followed up. Using SPSS 17.0 statistical software to analyse data.Result:1.A total of 110 cases were successfully followed.40 cases were successful natural pregnancy after surgery with the rate of 36.36%.2. Univariate analysis shows:type of infertility, infertility time, ages, EFI score. r-AFS stages and GnRH-a using were significant(P<0.1). COX multivariate analysis shows: type of infertility, infertility time, ages, EFI score, r-AFS stages and GnRH-a using were significant(P<0.05).3. The natural pregnancy rate was correlated with EFI scoring, r-AFS staging and GnRH-a using.4. The natural pregnancy rate from 1 to 6 months after surgery with the natural pregnancy rate from 7 to 12 months,13 to 24 months after surgery, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Endometriosis-associated infertility patients who have high EFI scores and r-AFS stage of â… -â…¡ should strive for natural pregnancy within the first half of the year after surgery.
