Objective The Research, discovery and analysis of lumbar posterior decompression, screw rod system internal fixation and fusion the risk factors of early postoperative deep infection, is to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment, prevent the postoperative infection, reduce postoperative infection rate and save medical resources. Methods By collecting spinal bone disease of bone surgery ward in the people’s hospital of guangxi zhuang autonomous region, during the January 2014 to December 2015, open lumbar posterior decompression, internal fixation and fusion of the medical records of patients’case data, such as:age, gender, hypertension, diabetes, preoperative and postoperative albumin, preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin, operation responsibility segment number, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, losing allogeneic blood, prophylactic use of antibiotics and the time of placing tube drainage and other related medical records, which were retrospectively studied. Count data were analyzed by chi square test and the risk factors of early postoperative deep infection were screened out. The main risk factors of early postoperative deep infection were analyzed by multivariate Logistic regression analysis. Results The study found that in January 2014 to December 2015, the incidence of lumbar posterior decompression, nail bar system internal fixation and fusion early postoperative deep infection was 3.55% in our hospital. There were 12 cases of deep infection after operation. Including age, hypertension, postoperative hemoglobin, operation responsibility section number, operation time, blood transfusion, blood loss, length of drainage tube placement time, which were early postoperative lumbar posterior decompression, internal fixation and fusion deep infection risk factors. The multi-factor binary Logistic regression analysis found that: length of drainage tube placement time, number of lumbar posterior decompression surgery responsibility segments, which were the main risk factors for the occurrence of posterior decompression, internal fixation and early postoperative deep infection. And sex, diabetes, and length of the prophylactic use of antibiotics, preoperative albumin, albumin after operation, preoperative hemoglobin were not early postoperative lumbar posterior decompression, internal fixation and fusion deep infection risk factors. Conclusion 1.In the case of age can’t intervene, adjust the patient’s preoperative and postoperative blood pressure, improve the patient’s hemoglobin, low serum albumin, can effectively prevent patients with early postoperative deep infection.2.Responsibility for surgery segmental long segmental number can’t be avoided, as far as possible to shorten the operation time, reduce blood loss, intraoperative autologous blood transfusion, etc, which can effectively prevent early postoperative deep infection.
