Objective:Of this study is aimed at the lumbar spine postoperative local hematoma that open a window, can’t timely absorption, resulting in a large number of research of scar tissue to form. Through the experimental study and clinical application to observe the effects of salvia miltiorrhiza injection on the hematoma absorption, expect to reduce the formation of epidural scar adhesion, improve the lumbar spine surgery. Methods:Adopt prospective study method, collected in August 2014 to June2015, the (blood stasis type) need for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion line 40 cases, lumbar surgery patients according to admission time were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the last for follow-up questions included in the data statistics of 40 patients, observe the follow-up period of 3 months. VAS and ODI score method is used to 1 day before operation and postoperative evaluation of 3,6 months clinical symptoms improvement, parallel lumbar postoperative MRI examination, to observe the changes of soft tissue and scar, using SPSS 18.0 software, all the data for comparative analysis.Conclution:Topical application of salvia miltiorrhiza injection can effectively promote local hematoma absorption and removal, reduce scar formation, reduce the adhesion intra-spinal canal. Postoperative follow-up found that reduce postoperative adhesion caused by complications.Result:The patients with 40 patients in clinical follow-up. Comparison in baseline characteristics between the two groups (age) a month, did not see significant difference (P> 0.05), comparable. Two groups of patients were follow-up for 3 months, no stenosis, nerve, blood vessel damage and other complications. Compared two groups of different time VAS, salvia miltiorrhiza group 3,6 months postoperative VAS score lower than the normal saline group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Two groups of 3,6 months after surgery in each observation point ODI score had significant difference (P< 0.05), and the clinical curative effect of salvia miltiorrhiza group is better than that of saline group. Scarring and MRI in salvia miltiorrhiza group into vertebral canal is significantly less than normal saline group, the difference is statistically significant (P< 0.05).
