Objective: This animal experiment mainly through the observation of Su Huang Xie zhou Pill on renal interstitial fibrosis in rat kidney tissue in effect of expression level of ILK(integrin- Linke kinase) and PINCH-1 protein(particulary interesting new cysteinerich protein) and to observe curative effect of Su Huang Xie zhou Pill on chronic renal failure, and to explore the mechanism of anti- renal interstitial fibrosis.Methods: In this study,the rat model of renal interstitial fibrosis was established by unilateral ureteral ligation(UUO). Healthy male SD rats, a total of 70, weight 180±20grams, 6-8 weeks of age, according to the adaptability of clean grade stage adaptive feeding one week, and then were randomly divided into for 5 groups of 14, namely the contol group, sham operation group, model group and Niaoduqing granule group, Su huangXiezhuo pill group. Then grouping model group and Niaoduqing granule group, Su yellow purging turbid pill group rats, were given ligation of the left ureter and cut. The sham operation group underwent left ureter blunt dissection without ligation.After the modeling, the rats in each group were normal feed and the blank group was not given drug. The sham operation group and model group were given distilled water by gavage and Uremic Clearance granule group were given Niaoduqing particles in aqueous solution by gavage, Su Huang Xiezhuo pill group give SuHuang Xiezhou pill aqueous solution intragastric administration, Administration for 14 days, each group randomly selected 7, stay kidney function tests. After the completion of the blood, in kidney tissue,Masoon-trichrome staining,renal tissue was detected in rat ILK further immunohistochemistry standing and PINCH-1 prottein expression. After modeling 28 days,take the modeling rat urine to stay the same manner as the blood and the renal tissue.Results: Su Huang Xiezhuo pill group and Niaoduqing particle group serum creatinine values were significantly decreased after 2 and 4 weeks,compared with model group,there was a significant difference( P <0.05); Su Huang Xiezhuo pill group can reduced ILK,PINCH-1 in renal and tubules expression, compared with the model group, with statistical significance( P <0.05).Conclusion: The pill can decrease serum creatinine, reduce urinary albumin and reduce the expression of ILK, PINCH-1 in renal interstitial and renal tubule, interfere with renalinterstitial fibrosis and delay the progression of renal failure.
