Guanxinshuang Mixture can obviously improve the clinical symptoms, blood lipids parameters, inflamm-atory markers, and limb arteriosclerosis indexes.So Guanxinshuang Mixture Can improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and quality of survival, regulate the body lipid metabolism,reduce serum inflammatory factors, inhibit inflammatory reaction of plaque, slow down the process of hardening of the arteries.At the same time Guanxinshuang Mixture has no adverse effect on patients’ blood routine, hepatic and renal function.This study does not appear adverse events. This study suggests Guanxinshuang Mixturehas positive clinical effect to treat coronary atherosclerosis disease,safely and reliably.
