Clinical Study On Cair Capsule In Thetreatment Of Acute Subdural Hematoma

ObjectiveAccording to linical abservation to the Curative effect of CAIR capsule (inducing resuscitation for cerebral arteries) in the treatment of acute subdural hematoma of Gravis Craniocerebral Injury, provide the systematic and scientific basis of the treatment of traditional and western medicine for a Gravis Craniocerebral Injury.MethodsSixty standardized patients were divided randomly into treatment group (n=30) and control group (n=30). Patients in both groups were received western standard treatment, nd patients in treatment group were received the treatment of CAIR capsule in the meanwhile. The treatment durations for both groups are 14 days. Observe the change on clinical symptoms、Glasgow Coma Scale score、TCM syndrome-type score and monitor security indicators before and after treatment. Statistic analyses is performed after observation.Results1.The comparison of comprehensive efficacy:the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05). The comprehensive efficacy of the treatment group was better than that in control group.2. The comparison of TCM clinical symptoms scores:In the first day, the TCM clinical symptoms scores of both groups of patients showed no significant difference. But The 14th day showed prominent statistical, the change was significantly greater in the treatment group (P<0.05)3. The comparison of Glasgow Coma Scale score:In the first day, the dates of Glasgow Coma Scale score of both groups of patients showed no significant difference.But The 14th day showed prominent statistical (P<0.05)4. Safety:Treatment group and control group has not been found adverse reactions associated with test drugs and laboratory abnormalities.GonelusionThe efficacy of CAIR capsule is purgating fu-organs to eliminate heat and epelling blood stasis and eliminating phlegm for resuscitation. CAIR capsule combined with western standard treatment could significantly improve Glasgow Coma Scale score、clinical symptoms. It is a safe and effective treatment method, worthy of further clinical using.
