Jianpibushen Yiqibuxue Methods Combined With Pegylated Interferon Plus Ribavirin In The Treatment Of Chronic Hepatitis Curative Effect Observation

ObjectiveTo investigatethe clinical effects and adverse reactions of Peginterferon, Ribavirin in combination with Jianpibushen Yiqibuxue methods in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C.MethodsSixty-two cases of patients with chronic hepatitis C who were suitable for treatment of interferon were selected and divided into study group and control group. The study group include 32 patients and control group include 30 patients; The study group received Peginterferon, Ribavirin in combination with Jianpibushen, Yiqibuxue methods and the control group was treated with Peginterferon and Ribavirin. The score of Chinese tradition alsymptoms, rate of negative conversion of HCVRNA at the 12th,24th,36th,48th week after treatment and the 24th week after completion of medication were recorded and compared between the two groups. And to observe two groups of patients in the process of liver function and changes in peripheral blood analysis, at the same time observe the patients’ renal function, thyroid function, blood glucose, electrocardiogram, liver colour to exceed safety index, etc.ResultsIn the two groups, the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral are higher after the treatment, The differences were statistically significant; Rate of negative conversion of HCVRNA at the12th、24th、36th and 24th week after completion in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P>0.05). Rate of negative conversion of HCVRNA at the 48th week after treatment in the study group were 100%, significantly equal than those in the control group (100%) (P> 0.05). The women’s recurrence rate is higher than men followed for 24 weeks, but there was no statistically significant difference. Two groups of patientsliver function was decreasedduring the process of treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), The patients of treatment group liver function of improvement was equal compared with the control group during the process of treatment, no statistical significance (P> 0.05). Treatment group of patients in the peripheral blood analysis in the process of HGB, PLT drop value is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). Treatment of 36 weeks, the WBC of the treatment goup in peripheral blood drop value is lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05). The both groups of patients were no adverse reactions or serious adverse events during treatment and after treatment.ConclusionPeginterferon, Ribavirin in combination with Jianpibushen, Yiqibuxue methods could improve the clinical symptems and clinical effects and reduce adverse reactions related to Peginterferon and Ribavirin. At the same time can reduce the patients relapse after drug withdrawal. And its high security, patient compliance is good,It is worth clinical application.
