| Objeetive:To observe and explore the clinical curative effect of modified Wulingsan combined with leflunomide in the treatment of active RA.Method:With a randomized control method, collected outpatient and inpatient department in accordance with the terms of the activity of cold dampness type 60 patients with RA, divide them into control group and treatment group randomly. The treatment group was treated with modified wulingsan with Leflunomide, a dose one day, treat for eight weeks; the control group was given oral administration of Leflunomide Tablets,20mg one day, treat for eight weeks. Patients were treated for 8 weeks, followed up, clinical evaluation, safety evaluation and record after 8 weeks of treatment. Clinical observation indexes include patients with joint tenderness and swelling, morning stiffness; curative effect evaluation for patients to pain VAS score, HAQ index, DAS28) integral. The index of disease related laboratory indicators:CRP, ESR, RF. Conventional indicators:analysis of urine composition, liver and kidney function, blood.Result:Modified Wuling combination of leflunomide treatment, can make the differentiation for the clinical symptoms of the cold dampness syndrome of RA patients were improved obviously, inflammatory markers can also significantly reduced. Treatment of plus or minus Wulingsan combined therapy is better than leflunomide alone. |
