The Clinical Effect And Safety On Treating RA (Renal Anemia) Of Asthenia Of The Spleen And Kindney With Bu Shen Sheng Xue Fang (BSSXF)

Objective:To observe the clinical effect and safety on treating RA (Renal Anemia) of asthenia of the spleen and kindney with Bu SHEN SHENG XUE FANG (BSSXF) . To provide scientific basis for BSSXF 's application inclinic. Methods:60 case patiences who came from renal clinic department or ward inNO.l hospital attach to HEI LONG JIANG UNIVERSITY OF TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) were dialogued RA of asthenia of the spleen and kindney . They were divided into groups randomly in proper order;One with BSSXF combining rHuEPO (recombinant HumanErythropoietin) treatment, (groupA) The another with rHuEPO combining AJBXKLCJ (groupB), each of which contained 30 cases. All patiences were given rHuEPO 1000 per kilogram weight to inject once a week and Ferrous Succinate 0.1 to take three times a day .At the same time, A group was given BSSXF 150ml to take twice a day. All patiences were demanded to examined the Blood cell analysis, kidney function, and record the correlated TCM symptoms, before they accepted treatment. During the treatment, the Blood cell analysis were examined per four weeks and kidney function was examined once a month. Result:1.The total effective rate of A group was as90%;and that of B group was 80%. There was distinctive difference between groups by statistical analysis (P<0.05) .2.The accumulative mark of TCM had distinctly decreased after treatment , comparing with before treatment (P<0.01) . There was distinctive difference between groups on the accumulative mark of the correlated TCM aftertreatment (P<0.05) .3.Both of the two group drugs could remedy distinctly the situation of anemia (P<0.05);A group was much faster than B group in remedying the situation of anemia , and there were remarked difference about Hb, Hct and RBC between two groups in the eighth week and twelflth week ( P<0.01 or P<0.05 ) .4. The systolic pressure of A group was heightened distinctly after treatment (P<0.05), and the diastolic pressure had no apparent change during the treatment ( P>0.05 ) . Before and after treatment , both systolic pressure and diastolic pressure had no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05) .5.There is no apparent change in phosphorus kalium calcium during the treatment(P>0.05) Conclusion:The BSSXF could increase the role of rHuEPO in treatment, and . It could rectify rapidly the situation of Anemia and improve distinctly the correlated TCM symptoms. At the same time , it could inhibit effectively the negative role of rHuEPO in treating RA and heighten the living quality.
