| Objective:By comparing the improvement of semen quality before and after operation in patients with varicocele infertility, to investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine shengjing decoction on the semen quality of infertile patients with varicocele.Methods:From January 2013 to January 2014, 62 infertile patients with varicocele, who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Jining Medical College in Shandong province. All patients were divided randomly into observed group and control group. In observed group, 32 cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine shengjing decoction after varicocelectomy; In control group,30 cases were treated simply by varicocelectomy. Semen analysis were measured and recorded before operation and 3 months after operation.Results:(1)The date include basics age,medical history and position of the disease were checked by normality-lcy,the results were obeyed the normal distribution.The normal target in each group were analyzed by variance analysis and the results showed no significant differences.(2)Recheck the semen quality 3 months after operation,observe the change in sperm density,(A+B) grade sperm ratio and normal sperm morphology rate,the date here were analysed by SPSS 17.0.The results showed that the semen quality of the experimental group was significantly improved compared with the control group, and he difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Recheck the semen quality 3 months after operation,observe the change in sperm density,(A+B) grade sperm ratio and normal sperm morphology rate,the date here were analysed by SPSS 17.0. The results showed that the semen quality of patients in the experimental group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(4)The patients(the control group and the experimenta group) after operation appeared 1patient with scrotum edema.The patients taking traditional Chinese medicine Shengjing decoction appeared 2 patients with the digestive tract reaction,but not serious,successfully completed the whole treatment.Conclusion:(1) Varicocelectomy has better effect on Semen quality of patients with varicocele infertility.(2) Surgical treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine Shengjing decoction is helpful to improve the semen quality of infertile patients with varicocele,and it is superior to the simple surgical treatment.(3) Traditional Chinese medicine shengjing decoction can significantly improve the semen quality of infertile patients with varicocele,and it is a new approach to the treatment of infertile patients with varicocele combined with traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,which is worthy of further research and application in clinical work. |
