Objective:To compare the semen quality before and after surgery in patients with unmarried and asymptomatic varicocele,and to provide evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of unmarried asymptomatic patients.Methods:Selected 40 cases of patients with unmarried asymptomatic varicocele in FenYang hospital,by the same physician team to complete the varicocelectomy.Comparison and analysis of semen parameters before and after surgery.Results:The semen quality of the third and sixth months after operation of unmarried asymptomatic varicocele patients was significantly higher than that before the operation,and the semen analysis parameters were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the sixth months after operation and the semen quality of the third months,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:For unmarried asymptomatic ?,? degree of the patients with varicocele,Spermatic vein high ligation can significantly improve the quality of semen semen after three months of surgery.The semen analysis parameters improved to a relatively stab le level after three months of operation.
