Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of curing the Reflux Esophagitis (type of bile reflux gastritis) by qingweishunqi decoction. It was intended to be applied in treatment of the disease. Methods:According to diagnosis standards, inclusion standards and elimination standards,60 cases with the Reflux Esophagitis (type of bile reflux gastritis) were selected from the patient department of Sanya hospital of TCM during October 2014-December 2015. All the patients were divided into two groups by randomized and controlled method. Each one included 30 cases. The two groups would have no significant differences in age, gender, the prime symptoms, signs, duration of disease, gastroscope result or Helicobacter Pylori infection. The recipe of the control group was to take lansoprazole 30mg every time, once daily, and oral mosapride 5mg every time, three times a day. While the treatment group was to use qingweishunqi decoction (a dose of medicine, take orally after breakfast and dinner) combined with the two western medicines. In the treatment group, the cases accompanied with serious stomachache, we could subjoin corydalis tuber and paony alba;the ones with hiccup and belch.subjoin aloeswood and inula flower;the cases with serious acid regurgitation, sauce calcined oyster shell and concha arcae;the ones with gastric upset, or dryness or bitter taste of the mouth, sauce gardenia and dandelion. Both of the groups were required to take drugs for 4 weeks. After 2 weeks, we would follow up all the patients by observating the rate of curing and TCM syndromes, and analysising recurrence of the disease. Finally, we would make a evaluation of effect and safetyResults:(1)The total therapeutic rate:the treatment group had 30 patients, one was cured,11 were markedly effective,14 were improved,4 were failured, and the total effective rate was 86.7%. While the other group showed that no one was cured,8 were markedly improved,13 were effective,9 were invalid, and the total therapeutic rate was 70.0%. It was obvious that the treatment group was better than the control one(P<0.05).(2)TCM symtom total scores before and after treat ing:the total scores of the treatment group were 20.83±4.07 before treating, and its scores were 9.17±5.50 after treating;while the control group were 21.13±3.60 before treating, and its scores were 13.3±5.64 after treating. So the TCM symtom total scores of the treatment group were clearly less than the control one(P<0.05). Conclusion:According to the clinical observation,my tutor’s experience prescription had significant clinical efficiancy when it was used to treat the Reflux Esophagitis (type of bile reflux gastritis). It could help patients to improve clinical symptoms and it had lower end-of-dose failure. The therapy of qingweishunqi decoction was safe and reliable, and it was deserved the clinical expansion.
