HuangZhuXinWei Decoction In The Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis Clinical Observation

Objective:Bile reflux gastritis(BRG) is akind of common digestie disease,Also called alkalescent the gastritis.Due to contain acid, were lysophospholipids phthalocyanine choline and pancreatic juice of the duodenum content into the stomach,and cause stomach mucosa damage hydrogen ions into the epithelial cells of the stomach and cause of chronic inflammation,debaucjed gastric mucosa,odern medicine is used more and more PanLi cholestyramine ketone, aluminium magnesium carbonate and other promote gastric power, protecting gastric mucosa drug therapy,although have certain curative effect,but the long-term outcome is not ideal.This topic with Huang Zhu Xin Wei Decoction(HZXWD),for BRG,its curative effect of the objective evaluation of TCM therapy, provides a new idea.Method:60 cases confirmed by BRG patients came from traditionalchinese medicine hospital of hubei province,were randomly divided into two groups.The sex,age,duration, symptom score are no significant difference be tween two groups(P＞0.05).Individual Treatment group oral traditional Chinese herb of HZXWD,daily,two hours of oral sooner or later, control group oral motilium for each 10mg,3 times daily,.For a six week course of treatment,two patients were taking a course of treatment,After the end of a course,observated treatment symptom and symptom change,by statistics processing,compared with treatment around symptom integral,total effectiveness and healing rate.Results:1.The symptoms accumulation of two groups before treatment were notsignificantly difference(P＞0.05),Examined by t,there were moresignificant meaning in the symptom accumulation fraction in each groupbefore and after treatment after treating(P＜0.05);there also were significant meaning in the symptom accumulation fraction between two group(P＜0.05).2.Two groups of patients with symptoms of comparison,the statistical(X~2 test),and the total efficiency and Clinical cure rates were significantly different(P＜0.05),the treatment group and the total.3.Examined by x~2,there were more significant meaning in the single symptoms of treatment group before and after treatment(P＜0. 05).4.Examined by x~2,the Endoscopy results of the treatment group compared with the control group was significant difference (P＜0.05),the Endoscopy results of the treatment group significantly better than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical trial results showed that the traditional Chinese herb medicine HZXWD can significantly reduce the BRG patient 's clinical symptoms.And without apparent side effects,have good clinical application.
