Along with the extension of the continuous improvement of people’s living standard and life expectancy, China has entered the aging population of the era, leading to the increase of the elderly population, hyperplasia of prostate disease incidence increased year by year, seriously affects older men health and quality of life.Because the etiology of prostatic hyperplasia has not been fully elucidated, the modern medical science thinks, the interaction between the disease onset and androgen estrogen, prostate and fine quality glandular epithelial cells, growth factors, inflammatory cells, neurotransmitter and genetic etc. factors are closely related. But this is only the direction of modern scientific research, has not yet come to a unified conclusion.In the medical treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia, modern medicine mainly uses 5a-reductase inhibitors, a-receptor blockers, etc. Alpha blockers mainly through relaxation of smooth muscle and improve voiding symptoms, and 5a-reductase inhibitor mainly through lower dihydrotestosterone concentrations in order to reduce the volume of prostate, but these drugs have may cause orthostatic hypotension, weakness, hyposexuality and erectile dysfunction, early discharge of complications. Modern medicine in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia has a certain disadvantage, the side effects of drugs in patients with hyperplasia of prostate caused some trouble.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to investigate the hyperplasia of prostate on sexual quality of life in patients, the purpose is combined with traditional Chinese and Western medicine combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment characteristics and the method of the modern medical advantage theory, investigate relationships of Yishen Tong capsule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules on behalf of kidney Qi and removing blood stasis method in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of prostate hyperplasia clinical efficacy and replenishing qi and removing blood stasis therapy and functional changes, scientific analysis of mechanism of experience, for kidney through further clinical application and development of the modern scientific theory basis.MethodSelection of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine First Affiliated Hospital of Urology and andrology clinic prostate hyperplasia with 60 cases of patients with sexual dysfunction, using a table of random numbers. The patients were divided into observation group and control group 1 and control group 2, the ratio of 1:1:1, observation group were treated with Yi Shen Tong Capsule (4 pills TID PO)+tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules (1 capsule QN PO), control group 1 oral Yi Shen Tong Capsule (4 capsules TID PO), control group 2 treated by hydrochloric tamsulosin sustained-release capsules (1 capsule QN PO). Continuous observation of 8 weeks, observed before treatment,4 weeks and 8 weeks after the treatment the International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), the scores of quality of life (QOL), international index of erectile Function-5 (IIEF-5), Chinese patients with premature ejaculation sexual function scores (CISFPE) change situation of treatment, comprehensive evaluation of Yishen Tong Capsule in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of BPH with sexual dysfunction of clinical efficacy and Yishen capsules in the treatment of the disease can compensate for the negative effects brought by modern medicine.ConclusionOral Yishen Tong Capsule Combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride sustained release capsules in the treatment of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type of BPH with sexual dysfunction in patients in the course of 4 weeks,8 weeks, achieved good clinical curative effect, the observation group after 4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, the IPSS, QOL score decreased significantly and erectile function International (IIEF-5), China in patients with premature ejaculation sexual function score CISFPE increased significantly, the patient’s quality of life have a significantly improved, the sexual function of patients also have certain improvement, the observation group and the control group 1 and control group 2 compared, the effect is more obvious. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05).The control group 1 and control group 2 were compared, both in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia and the clinical effect of sexual dysfunction is similar. In the other 60 cases of clinical observation, all the tests were performed, and no significant adverse reactions were observed.
