ObjectiveBy comparing the study of anal exhaust defecation time and recovery full flow mealtimes between the control group and the experimental group of group patients postoperative, the positive effect can be proved that interior-warming drug fructus evodiae can effective promote the gastrointestinal function recovery, and to theoretical foundation for clinic treatment of the group postoperative patients of gastrointestinal dysfunction by interior-warming drug fructus evodiae.Methods49 Cases of patients with laparotomy were collected in line with the conditions, according to admission time patients were divided into the experimental group (25 cases), the control group (24 cases), whose were in hospital of Surgery â…¡ clinic, Gynecology â…  and â…¡ to the data collection of convenience. The control group was given the conventional treatment scheme, and the experimental group would add the therapeutic schedule by hot compress the upper abdomen with fructus evodiae on the basis of the conventional treatment scheme. The conventional treatment including the routine surgical nursing, no drink and fasting, normal rehydration, gastrointestinal decompression, anti-inflammatory therapy and to maintain electrolyte balance, and other patients can be parenteral nutrition support, for example the severe cases. Some of target would be researched in this paper, which mainly involves: the first time of the anus exhaust and bowel movement, the first time of full diet, hospital stay time, and hospitalization expenses, etc. The observation were collected the time of anesthesia awake after operation, and the collect data with case were studied the data variables and the clinical efficacy. Using t-test, non-parametric test and chi square test method by spss 20.0 statistical software, the control group and the experimental group related data are compared, verification of fast track surgery are better than conventional therapy.Results1. Two groups of data are compared by non-parametric test, which the experimental group and the control group curative effect comparison, the experimental group in patients spend less time to recovery the exhaust and defecation of anus and spend less time in hosptial.2. Two groups of data are compared by non-parametric test, which the experimental group and the control group curative effect comparison, the experimental group in patients can restore full liquid diet faster.3. Two groups of data are compared by non-parametric test, which the experimental group and the control group hospital costs comparison, The difference was not statistically significant.4. Two groups of data are compared by t-test, chi square test and non-parametric test, which the experimental group and the control group curative effect comparison, the experimental group in patients can better promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.Conclusionevodiae hot compress the upper abdomen would be used accelerated the recovery of the surgery patients, and the simple operation method, the well patient compliance, no trauma, ect, were worthy of the application and promotion.
