The Clinical Research On Point Pasting Therapy Optimized With Orthogonal Design Method In The Prevention And Treatment Of Bronchial Asthma

Objective To observe the change of bronchial asthma patients in the score of ACT and AQLQ before and after the treatment with point pasting therapy,compare the difference of curative effect in all groups, the primary and secondary relation of all factors, optimize the strategies of point pasting therapy in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma,aiming to provide guidance in clinical practice.Methods Eighty-eight outpatient cases of bronchial asthma remission patients with point pasting therapy in Jiangsu Province Hospital of TCM,Acupuncture rehabilitation department from June to August,2015 were selected and divided into two groups according to the allergic condition. Forty patients in two groups were further divided into 4 groups randomly (total 8 groups). Each group was performed corresponding frequency and time of point pasting therapy. The curative effect difference in all groups through the change of symptoms, score in ACT and AQLQ before and after treatment as well as at 3m and 6m was compared.Results 1.The frequency of asthma attack in the patients with bronchial asthma remission during the same period after the treatment with point pasting therapy was significantly reduced;2. The orthogonal experiment results showed that the influence order of various factors from the perspective of importance was frequency, allergic condition and retention time, and in ACT score and AQLQ after 3 months, the impact of retention time on the curative effect was not significant(P> 0.05), and in the score of AQLQ after 6 months, the impact of allergic condition and retention time on the effect was not significant (P> 0.05). It was suggested that the best combination of various levels based on the test result was:the patients with allergic condition were treated with 10 times, and 8 hours was for each time;3.The asthma attack frequency of patients with skin reaction during the same period was reduced, with statistically significant difference (P< 0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of point pasting therapy in the prevention and treatment of bronchial asthma is exact. The orthogonal experiment results suggest that the best combination of various levels is 10 times and 8 hours for each time. The influence order of all factors is frequency, allergic condition and retention time. The curative effect of patients with skin reaction after the treatment is better than those without skin reaction after the treatment.
