| Objective: To observe the effect of Acupoint Application on the asthma control test(ACT)scale and the forced expiratory volume percentage in one second(FEV1/FVC)of bronchial asthma patients.To explore the curative effect of acupoint application therapy of winter disease Xiazhi on bronchial asthma,and to provide guidance for further clinical guidance.Methods: A total of 110 subjects were recruited in this study.The drug paste was made up of No.1 and No.2.It was prepared by the Guang’an Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences.The application time was started from the first day of the canicular days,regarding July 2015 to July 2016 as the baseline period,all patients were pasted the drug No.2 on the same points(lung Shu control point,Xin shu control point and diaphragm Shu control point on both sides.).In July 2016,the subjects were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,55 cases each.The experimental group was pasted on the drug No.1,and the points were taken from lung Shu,Xinshu and diaphragm Shu on both sides.The control group was pasted on the drug No.2,and the points were taken from lung Shu control point,Xinshu control point and diaphragm Shu control point on both sides.The subjects were continually treated for two years.The changes in ACT scale scores and pulmonary function(FEV1/FVC)in the firstyear(2015-2016)and the second year(2016-2017)were compared to compare the differences in efficacy.Results: 1.ACT scale: In this study,the ACT scores of bronchial asthma patients were found to have significant differences before and after treatment in baseline patients.There was a significant difference between the same patients before and after treatment in the experimental period.There is no difference between the groups.2.Ratio of pulmonary function FEV1/FVC: After statistical analysis,the subjects had no significant difference before and after treatment and did not have statistics significance.two groups of patients in 2016(applying control points and control drugs)and 2015(pre-application),2017(after applying one year)and 2015((pre-application),There was no significant difference in pulmonary function FEV1/FVC before treatment,but the trend in the test group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion: 1.There was a trend of increase in ACT score after treatment of acupoint application in both experimental and control groups,suggesting that treatment of acupoints with summer disease has the effect of improving ACT scores and improving the quality of life of patients,but within the application of the drug dose There may be no specific effects on efficacy.2.Although the improvement of lung function before and after treatment in both groups was not significant,the decrease in FEV1/FVC in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,suggesting that acupoint application can reduce the decline in lung function parameters in patients with bronchial asthma. |
